'Overall the syay was fine. It was last minute as we chose to stay overnight in spokane to be closer to out very sick dog who was being treated at the pet emergency clinic. The beds were average but it worked for us. The staff was veey friendly and I witnessed great customer service from a staff member to an older gal who was likely seeking treatment down the road. She helped get her coffee and went beyond to help her which was nice to see. I would say if you are going to do the complimentary...

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'What can I say about a hotel that supplies earplugs in the room? The room was clean. Our room was on the second floor. To get to our room, we took the elevator up to the second floor and then up six narrow, steep stairs. Plus, when we checked in, they put a hold on our credit card for the entire stay. Basically, you pay upfront. The breakfast isn't exactly free. You have a choice of four dishes or $6 off any regular menu options which run about $11. You also pay for tea and coffee. Not exactly...
