'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'The Grand is an outstanding hotel. Great room design and value. Majority of staff interactions were great. To improve: The ((young) valet was crabby at check-in, wanting me to move my car to the street when there was literally one car in the entrance. I was there no more than five minutes. Overall a great hotel- they should be very proud of their operation.'
