The house was originally built in 1982 and has been carefully renovated over the years with respect for its original charm. The result is a warm and welcoming holiday home filled with character, comfort and a cosy atmosphere.



The main house offers a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, which is the natural gathering point of the home. Here you can enjoy cooking together, shared meals and relaxing evenings. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, perfect for movie nights, games or relaxing after a day of experiences.



The house includes two bedrooms, a separate bathroom and toilet, as well as a bright conservatory where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings all year round. The charming and nostalgic interior creates a true Danish holiday feeling.



The property also includes two separate annexes. The first annex, built in 2019, offers a private bedroom and its own bathroom and toilet, renovated in 2026. It is perfect for grandparents, teenagers or guests who appreciate extra privacy. The second annex is an activity room with a desk, sofa bed, PlayStation and space for both play and relaxation.



Outside, you will find a private garden with cosy areas, a covered terrace, a charming courtyard and an outdoor kitchen. It is the perfect setting for barbecues, morning coffee and long summer evenings outdoors.



The Ringkøbing Fjord is just a short walk away and offers fantastic opportunities for walking, cycling, fishing, kayaking and paddleboarding. The area is also ideal for exploring West Jutland. The charming town of Ringkøbing is only 15 minutes away, while the sandy beaches of Søndervig and the North Sea can be reached in about 25 minutes.
