'The room was perfect, Iwas originally in a standard room until I was moved down to a disabled friendly room on before I had my first night, the owners we very friendly and can have a great laugh with them, I highly recommend this hotel'

'Great location and very welcoming hosts'

'I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :) Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. Wasn’t enough hot water to fill the bath at night, but that could be due to...

'We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time.'

'A beautiful building but in need of renovating, most of it was clean but a lot of high dust and cobwebs, the dining room was not clean at all, tables needed cleaning and food left uncovered with flies around, the staff was polite and friendly.'

'Room and private bathroom was very clean, had a lovely hot shower, staff was polite and helpful, parking was not a problem at all'

'Lack of staff you have to phone a number to talk to someone and there was no breakfast like it said bed and breakfast otherwise it was ok it had a nice shower'

'Great value, great location, friendly team, very helpful, this is my second stay here and I will definitely return.'

'I would rate this as at the very best 2 star'

'Bad dont stay here'

'Vriendelijk personeel en schoon maar een deprimerende kleine kamer aan achterzijde waar je je billen niet kon keren in douche, wc bril los zat en 3de bed niet in te slapen viel. Uitzicht door klein raampje op vuilcontainers. Ontbijt uitgebreid Engels maar als je dat niet lustte alleen stukje toast met jam. Jammer verwachtte toch wat meer. Vraag naar kamer met zeezicht als je boekt!!!!! Dan lijkt het mij in ieder geval leuker.'

'The hotel felt dingy and unclean. I'm sure it was nice one day, but that day was a long time ago. Also the access code to the room keys was left on the unattended reception with a list of the guest names, I'm certain this against data protection laws.'

'On arriving the location was great, parking was good as it was roadside. We were greeted by weeds to the front and filthy guttering. We couldn’t get in the door as the key lock wasn’t working so we rang the number and the spare key was under the plant pot by the front door. On entering the property it was very grim , not clean at all. Things were very grubby like cupboards were greasy and dusty. The shower in downstairs room was not useable as it’s was completely broken and needed a new hose and...

'Was exactly what I needed, continental breakfast included ,only needed for a bed as I was out all day, there is off street parking if needed'

'Property was ok to sleep in few down points regarding bathroom cleaning and no toaster in kitchen Property may look into getting few more bits into kitchen for cooking facilities no frying pans there could do with few clothes hooks for coats too'

'Before arrived was told the hot tub cover had broken from previous visitors, when looking on reviews a few previous people had been told this. The cottage needs a deep clean as was very dirty in all areas, misty smell which made me feel ill, hot tub very dirty, husband & son used it I wouldn’t, next morning husband wasn’t feeling too good not sure if this was hot tub related or not. Decor in the cottage looks like has just been thrown on the walls, the blinds all broken & blinds on the doors...

'It was the cheapest option available on Expedia. Location was absolutely perfect. All the main shops were 7-10 minutes walk from my apartment. Beach was on 8 min walk. Room was reasonably clean. No problem with checking in. Nice quiet spot for rest after the full day of excitement. Can’t complain about anything for the price I paid. With little bit of TLC the owner can get double the amount of money.'

'We stayed for just one night, staff very helpful in arrival. Room 12, quite compact but just about big enough, on suite was also compact but useful, clothes shelving was very dusty and marked a dark blue top and the mattress was well past its sell by date, could feel straight through it so no good for bad backs or metal hips! Kettle was a plus after a long journey and it was very quiet throughout the night, we would stay again but a better room.'

'So the pictures are taken from a different hotel as that pub is not across the road. It was freezing cold and it states checkout for 12pm however cleaner was knocking door at 10am. Bedss are comfy and locations is good. But reviews are correct it smells damp. Not private bathroom as advertised!! You defo get what you pay for'
