'This was our fourth stay at The Balmoral. We've stayed in some of the other larger hotels in Skeggy and haven't been to impressed. We found this one four years ago and haven't bothered looking for anywhere else since. Lovely little hotel and we'll be back again next year. '

Ample on street parking available and within 5-10 minutes walk of Skegness Pier and easy driving distance to Butlins. I would certainly stay again if seeking bed and breakfast accommodation in Skegness.'

'Room was very small but clean, bed near window felt very damp, as condensation was running down windows! very cold in evening central heating just put on for about 3/4 of an hour in late evening!! Had to get into bed to keep warm!! Breakfast was the best thing about our stay, it was freshly cooked by hostess and hot! '

'very basic could do with updating 5 carparking spaces for a hotel with 20 + rooms not best view good that it was near restaurants beach and shops'
