Welcome to this spacious house with charming interiors and several lovely outdoor areas, only 500 meters from the sea in Skärhamn. The house accommodates up to 9 guests in five bedrooms and an extra daybed in the basement, making it perfect for larger families or groups of friends. On the main floor, you will find a bright living room with a corner sofa, armchairs, and a fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for up to 10 people. This floor also has one double bedroom and a guest toilet. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms – one with a double bed and three with single beds – and a modern bathroom with shower, toilet, and double sinks. In the basement, guests have access to a laundry room, an extra shower, and a daybed for two. Outdoors you can enjoy four unique seating areas: the terrace, the lounge corner by the rocks, the bright greenhouse with grapevines, and the rustic boathouse – perfect for cozy dinners even when the weather turns. In the garden, you can taste fresh blackberries and grapes when in season.

Skärhamn is a vibrant coastal village with small shops, several restaurants, and beautiful bathing spots within walking distance. Just minutes away you’ll find Nordviksstrand with a jetty for swimming, while Skärhamn’s main beach with diving tower and Gunnersviken’s cliff bathing are nearby as well. For culture lovers, the Nordic Watercolour Museum is a must, and the Pilane Sculpture Park offers world-class art set in a historic Bohuslän landscape. Nature lovers can visit Säby Kile Nature Reserve or Sundsby Manor with hiking trails and caves. From Rönnäng you can reach the car-free islands Åstol, Dyrön, and Tjörnekalv – perfect for day trips. Good to know about this accommodation:

• A deposit of 3,000 SEK will be reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount will be released within one week after departure, provided the house is left in good condition after inspection.

• Bed linen and towels can be rented: 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean the house themselves; cleaning supplies are available. Upon request during low season, cleaning can possibly be arranged for an additional fee of 2,500 SEK.

• Electricity is included in the rent; charging electric cars is not allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets allowed upon request.

• Youth groups are not accepted, and parties are not permitted.
