HOW TO BOOK:

Magnificent villa located 15 minutes walk from the beach of Sitges and 15 minutes walk from the center of Sitges. There are 2 supermarkets 2 km from the Villa. The closest restaurant and bar are 550 meters from the Villa (7-minute walk).
A 5-minute drive from the Sitges area, the Vallpineda urbanization is a very well-maintained urbanization, with extreme vigilance and care. It is a very quiet area for perfect relaxation.

Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for you to enjoy an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, below are the extra costs for each:

Important Aspects for Booking Your Stay

1. Payment Methods: Payment by credit card is accepted (with a 3% surcharge) or by bank transfer (no additional costs).

2. Cleaning Costs:
- Stays of up to one week: Cleaning cost of 325 € at the end of the stay.
- Stays of two weeks: Intermediate cleaning of 2 hours performed by 2 people in the middle of the stay for a cost of 80 €. Complete final cleaning at the end of the second week for a cost of 325 €.
- Stays of three weeks: Two intermediate cleanings (one in the middle of the first week and another in the middle of the second week), each at a cost of 80 €. Complete final cleaning at the end of the third week for a cost of 325 €.

3. Tourist Tax: 1 € per adult per day for the first 7 days (for those over 18 years old).

4. Low Season Supplements (from October to April):
- Stay of 1 month: Supplement of 800 € per month for water, electricity, and gas costs based on actual consumption.
- Stay of 1 week or less: Supplement of 300 € per week for heating, electricity, and gas from October to March.

5. Supplement for Short Stays: Supplement of 250 € for stays of 2 or 3 days that include New Year's Eve.

6. Late Arrival:
- From 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM: Supplement of 45 €.
- After midnight: Supplement of 70 €.
- Sunday or holiday: 50 €.

7. Security Deposit: The deposit is 1000 €.
