The Loft

The Loft is a beautiful studio located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Decorated in a charming style with vintage touches, it is located 50 meters from the beach.

If you enjoy going out at night for a drink or partying after a long day at the beach, you will really enjoy this apartment. In 3 minutes you will be anywhere you want (bar, restaurants , beaches, supermarkets...).

Ideal for a couple or independent travellers who want to enjoy Sitges from a central location, close to the beaches, bars and most popular restaurants.

It is 25 meters of everything you need for a very entertaining vacation.

The bedroom is integrated into the living room and has a double bed of 1.50x2 m. The wardrobes have large mirrors and a large window with access to the balcony. The balcony has a table and very comfortable sofas, from where you can see the sea and the great life that Calle del Pecado has. If you want to have fun without leaving home, bring your glass of wine to the balcony and stay and watch for a while.

The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The windows facing the balcony have double glazing and velvet curtains that serve to isolate the hustle and bustle of the party atmosphere in Sitges during the summer. The kitchen is small but fully equipped (fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave). The living room has a low table with a sofa and armchairs. There is air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

It should be noted that it is located on a street with bars and restaurants that close their doors after dawn. If you like going out at night, it is the ideal place because you will be close to everything, but if you are an early riser and are a light sleeper, you may be bothered by the atmosphere on the street.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
