'This is my second visit here ans I was surprised when Sejal at front desk remembered me. I came in early morning and the staff was very helpful. The room were available but they checked me in as soon they were able to. Their manager Mr Sethi is very accommodating to all His guest.'

'Checked in easily around 4am and otherwise experienced helpful and kind staff. Breakfast is nothing too interesting. Would be better off going out to find something if you're not in a rush. I liked that in the reception you could get a selection of free drinks and snacks! While the stay was comfortable and good, . Prices in New Dehli are overpriced (compared to other countries I've visited) but the upside was that it was trustworthy compared to other hotels I've seen on main booking portals....

'Staff were very accommodating to my needs. Arranged my trip to Red Fort, and helped me find various places nearby. Also, the chef made a special effort to make me homemade soup as I was feeling the effects of a heavy head cold. Room was comfortable with excellent private bathroom, only minor problem was that their electric kettle needed replacing more than once, but otherwise everything was fine. '
