'Leuke accommodatie voor een nacht in Sioux Falls. De Falls zelf vielen wat tegen, echt een aangelegd park, een prachtige kathedraal (wel een flinke klim) qua hotel is het prima. Goede bedden, schoon, prima badkamer en fijne douche. Ergerlijk is wel het overdag continue aanwezig zijn van de toeterende treinen, want er zijn veel onbewaakte overgangen, maar daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen. Ontbijt prima en een compliment voor de (72 jarige) ontbijtzaalmedewerker. Dat doet ze prima! '

'Staff were friendly. The room was very clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast could be a little better; the warm foods were on the cooler side, and the layout of the breakfast could be better organized. Definitely one of the better hotels I have stayed at in awhile; will stay again if needed to stay overnight there.'

'Totally cool hotel with real class. After three weeks on the road and several thousand miles from place to place this was the perfect place to end our trip and relax before going home. Next time well spend more time so we can explore the city around the hotel but this time we were tired and glad we could get drinks and dinner right there and coffee and rolls as we checked out to make our flight.'

'I think they need better quality control. We got into our room late at night and everything looked nice until my son pulled back the sheets. There were small blood stains like some one picked a scab or something and got blood on the sheets. Disgusting. Had to go downstairs and have staff give us new bedding since it was late we could not find a different hotel. When you find something like this it makes you doubt the cleanliness of the whole place.'
