Cycling

The apartment provides easy access to lakeside cycling routes. Bicycle storage or parking areas may be available within the complex.

By Car

A free private parking space is provided for guests. An electric-vehicle charging station is also available on site.

Airport Access

Hévíz–Balaton Airport is approximately 86 km from the apartment. Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport can be reached by car, private transfer, or a combination of train and airport transportation.

Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay. Guests may be required to present valid photo identification and the payment card used for the reservation at check-in.

Guests under 18 may check in only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Swimming Pool and Outdoor Facilities

The swimming pool, garden, and other outdoor amenities are shared with residents and guests of the complex. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times. Guests must follow all posted pool and residential-complex regulations.

Special Requests

A baby cot may be provided free of charge for a child up to two years old when requested in advance. Cots are subject to availability. Extra beds are not available.

Other special requests should also be submitted before arrival and may be subject to availability or additional charges.

We provide a starter supply of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwasher detergent. Once these items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing anything else required for the remainder of their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
