Everything about this apartment is top of the line, first class and immaculately clean. Features stunning 180 degree postcard-perfect ocean views. This residence features three bedrooms two and a half bathrooms. We welcome responsible guests seeking to enjoy the finest that Palm Beach offers in a serene and upscale setting.

Luxurious living at its finest! Enjoy this spectacular residence from the huge balcony opening off the living room and all three bedrooms with great views of the Inter coastal at sunset from this new-ultra-luxury Residence. The expansive views from this three bedroom unit encompass the inlet, West Palm beach and the Inter coastal. This spacious condo has a gourmet kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room and a large master suite with Marble floors throughout, Custom Kitchen Cabinets, Granite Counter tops and Miele appliances.

This is a new development with award winning accolades and amazing amenities. The development includes two pools, one on/or actually in the beach (see pictures), regular deck pool, on-site restaurant, two private movie theaters, two social rooms with pool tables, two fitness rooms, private cabanas, concierge service and private entrance. There are private cabanas and covered lounge chairs available around the pool. There are so many palm trees that you feel like you are in the Caribbean except you can go shopping in West Palm Beach! Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $345 charge per cleaning. Beautiful views and great amenities
We loved the views and amenities. The size of the condo and layout were great for our family of five. The staff at the front desk, pool, and beach were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were easy to reserve and use. The pools and beach were not crowded at all. The only downside was a 24/7 Seven Eleven right next door. It got a little lively at 2am one night (I called security to see if anything could be done and it was addressed very quickly and the people left), It was also loud when they emptied the dumpsters outside or the Seven Eleven got deliveries from trucks, This was usually mid morning and was brief, so if you’re up early it won’t be a problem. All in all the place gave us the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy our vacation time together!

All of the staff at the Ritz Residence were super nice and friendly to us - top notch. I was disappointed that the unit was only on the 4th floor, as I read reviews on here that it was on the 21st floor. The listing doesn't specifically indicate which floor, so that would have been helpful to know ahead of time. But, we still enjoyed the view from the 4th floor and the balcony was shaded which was super nice to be able to sit out and enjoy the fresh air without being in the full, hot sun. The unit was quite lovely and enjoyable for us, 2 couples. We brought our snorkel gear and to our pleasant surprise there were numerous rock formations directly off the beach with plenty of fish to see. The private beach with staff to accommodate your needs (chairs, umbrella) was great! We also enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the beach. We will come back. They do not provide kleenex tissues, so I had to buy that. We brought our own coffee. There is a Publix grocery store across the bridge, short drive.

great family vacation
we really enjoyed our stay in this property. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, and the property was amazing. We really enjoyed the two pools and the beach. In addition, there were tennis courts right next door. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful and convenient location
The condo is very nice with a pretty good view of the ocean. It was very clean. The amenities of the property are very good, what you would expect from the Ritz Carlton. The owner was responsive and there were no problems. I definitely recommend staying here!

Had a great stay. Would definitely recommend. Plane gor delayed and didn’t get in til after midnight, but the staff was friendly and helpful. 5 star treatment from the staff at the ritz. Property was clean and was perfect for our family.
