Prettig Hotel !
Prettig hotel, goed gelegen van alle gemakken voorzien. Beetje oubollig, maar je ziet dat men werkt aan de nodige verbeteringen over de jaren heen. Bij het zwembad zou wat meer schaduw moeten zijn.

Comfortable hotel
The hotel is at the end of orchard road. MRT (station Orchard) and shops/malls on a short distance. The hotel looked like a maze. The first time you have to find your way to the room If your room is not located nearby the elevator. The room and bed was comfortable. The bathroom outdated and small. People don’t want to take a shower in a small bathtub with a curtain in front. The hotelstaff is friendly and professional. Cleaning Did a good job!

My room was a very nice size and has a great view of the pool. I appreciated the amenities provided by a club room, including laundry, drinks in my room, and the breakfast and snacks in the lounge. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. A special thank you to Julius for the personal attention that made a huge difference. Unfortunately a large amount of hair was left on the wall in my shower. I let staff know upon leaving the hotel and when i got back it looked like someone had attended to the bathroom but had not cleaned the shower so I needed to clean it myself.

Reception made us feel welcome on arrival. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortable, the air-con worked, and the pool was fabulous. The location was quiet, but super convenient to shopping and the MRT. Our only issues were: low pressure in the shower - but we're used to high pressure so it wasn't a major; and the kettle in the room was faulty.

Orchard is a good hotel in a very convenient area with decent facilities including a great swimming pool. Worth booking a club room so that you get access to lounge on top floor.

The hotel is old even though the rooms seem like it got renovated. And it is clean. I had to change my room and front desk Ruby was helpful to accommodate. I stayed 1 night due to location only.

Convenient and reasonable price for Singapore
Very helpful staff and good location on Orchard Road. Short walk to MTR and plenty of eating places and shopping! Room was large by Singapore standards and comfortable spacious pool and sitting area off the 6th floor, but unfortunately the pool bar was closed during my visit Laundry room was nearby and this sometimes generated a damp smell around the area. Overall a very nice friendly hotel

房間雖然不新，但是空間大，小孩很愛游泳池，附近走路10分鐘以內有烏節捷運站，飯店旁邊有屈臣氏，麥當勞，卡揶吐司，7-11，吃東西很方便 住的是低樓層，沒有view，但或許這是房價便宜的關係吧

The hotel itself was not bad and was alright for what we needed. The deluxe room was spacious enough for 2 people. They hold our luggage for us even after we check out. Check in was easy enough but it was a little slow because the employee that was helping us kept getting interrupted by multiple employees with other issues which slowed down the process. They do not provide bath robes, which I was counting on when packing. They do provide toothbrushes. However, I do not believe that housekeeping was very good. Some of the towels smelled like they had been used. They do not always provide you with additional toiletries everyday. We ended up running out of their body gel because they never provided us with additional ones when they cleaned our room so we had to wait until the next day when they came back. They don't provide you with cold complimentary bottled water and ask that you use sink water since their water is clean. I understand they want to conserve water but it was not convenient. Since it was so hot we ended up buying our own bottled water from being so thirsty. They give you an empty glass bottle to fill up with water. But since we were exploring most days I was worried the bottle might break since it did not look durable. I also thought the plumbing could be better. You have to hold the toilet button down for a while to flush everything. I also wished they had a jacuzzi.

Fabulous stay
Excellent stay ! Service was excellent too. Breakfast was one of the best we had. Only thing there wasn't a live egg station which would have been helpful. The manager who attended to my issue was exemplary in his service. Thank you very much to you and all the rest too !
