Positief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Our room was great!
The front desk was great!
And I would like to do a huge shout out to Preston!!!!!!!! He went above and beyond! He is a keeper! If he lived closer to where I live, I would try to employ him!!😃
However, my clothes, my whole wardrobe that I had hanging behind the bathroom door was stolen by a housekeeper. Yes confirmed ✅
I am still waiting for a callback from the general manager.
After being very patient and asking for the log of who cleaned our room and a small investigation, the housekeeper came to the front desk with half of my clothes. So she obviously took my clothes however she did not return all of my brand, new pants and other items.
I could not communicate with her as she was Hispanic and spoke no English.
However, her supervisors were very kind. They too, were Hispanic and bilingual.
At one point, I was put on hold for 20 minutes while they attempted to get the rest of my clothes however she would never confess to the other part of taking my clothes.
I do not blame Hampton Inn, however it would be appropriate to get the call from management as I was informed I would hear from them. It has been a week and no follow up. It was my understanding she was a newer employee, and if she will steal my clothes, I can only imagine what else she will take from customers that leave things behind in their room. You can work on performance but integrity is a core value!
