**Quiet time from 10 pm to 6 am. If we receive a noise complaint outside of these hours, it will result in a $1000 fine.
**No events without prior approval. Failure to comply will result in a $1000 fine.
**We allow a potty-trained pet with a fee of $50/pet per stay. Let us know if you are bringing one.
**Lost key/fob: $250
**Late check-out past 11 am without our consent: $100 per hour
**Excessive guests than reservation: $100 per guest, per night.
**Excessive cleaning above average: $100/assessed per situation.
**Any signs of illicit drugs on the premises: $500/assessed per situation.
**Guests are responsible to dispose of their garbage on checkout day (if not taken care of there will an additional charge)
