'We had an amazing time here at the appartments. Thank you to the hosts and their generosity. Every morning, we enjoyed delicious coffee and breakfast at the cafe ten steps away from the appartments. Also very accesible for elderly, with a working elevator. If you want to stay here and don't have a car, keep in mind, that the train times are not very regular towards Firenze SMN , maybe 2-3 times per hour. Altough, the train station is less than 10 minutes walking. Uber doesn't work in this area...

'We stayed for almost 3 weeks in the appartment. The host Daniele and his wife Annalisa are super nice and very attentive. Upon arrival there is a bottle of wine and some small things ready. They are helpful and if you have questions you can always call them. From the apartment it is a 5 minute walk to the center and the train station. Supermarket is 10 minutes by car. 'Great apartment with high ceilings and modern amenities. Quiet street with good local restaurants nearby.
One detail that could be improved is the floor in the shower was not sloped correctly for proper drainage flow. Not a major issue but could/should be resolved in the future.

'It was disappointing that I was charged 20 euro for arriving at 20:25. I know that the cut off time was 20:00, but I explained that there was a train issue. It then took them until 21:10 to arrive to let us in even though I told them that we would be there 30 minutes prior as they asked. The place is nice. The air conditioning is a little weak in the main bedroom. It works but takes a while to get cold. When we arrived there were only 2 towels for 4 people, the bathroom mirror was broken...

'The description of the property is very accurate. We were very excited about the location of the property. Very close to most popular attractions. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The shower was a little tight but manageable. We would recommend this property for anyone visiting Florence. The walk to and from the train station was less than half hour. We did a tour with WalkAbout Tours and they were excellent as well.'

"Mediocre hotel, the only one probably in Italy that serves a heartless filter coffee at breakfast. It ha s very noisy rooms, if you want to hear the whispered conversations of your neighbours, this is the place to be. The beds are comfortable though the matress is sheeted with a plastic wrap for diminished sleep comfort. Nevertheless, the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The location is close to the centre and conveniently close to the tram station. "
