The house was magnificent! Very clean, more than basic amenities, 2 washer and dryers on separate floors which made it convenient for our two families. 2 nice crockpots and a huge gas grill by the pool area! Plenty of beach towels. 5 min walk to the bars. Restaurants and boutiques. Beach is clean and gorgeous-especially for sunset pictures!! If I’d have to add one thing it would be that the hot water was a little wonky…especially in a couple of showers but overall I have absolutely no complaints!! Another piece of information is the pool didn’t get afternoon sun. It was very very clean and heated and the hot tub was awesome!! The host was perfect! He met us at the house and gave a tour and kept in touch via text throughout our stay! We will definitely go back!!!

Amazing property!! Perfect location right across from the beach, pool was amazing, house was so clean and well stocked with the essentials. They provide wagons, coolers, beach towels. The Vunique Vacation staff was excellent and communicated well throughout our stay. Cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Beautiful!

We booked a few days to vacation with our family and best friend's family. The pictures don't do the home justice. Not to mention its close proximity to everything and the beach access directly across the street. We even got to watch storms a few hours off the coast from the balcony and roof top deck, and it was absolutely beautiful. We've already started looking at dates for next year, as we'd happily choose the home and its owners again.

This is an outstanding property. It is a beautiful home, well appointed with nice furniture, comfy beds, a great banquet for dining, and a fabulous backyard pool & golf holes. Our family of 14 stayed for a week enjoying all the amenities to include the pool, 5 putting holes, 4 bicycles, corn hole, and other activities. The home is spacious, very clean, plenty of towels and beach towels. The bedding was nice. I gave 4 stars for 'Accuracy of listing' because it showed online a double set of bunkbeds and in actuality it was a double bed over a queen bed. We had planned for the 4 boys (12 and under) to sleep in the bunks, but we had to figure out a plan B. Not a big problem as everyone was comfortable. The communication with the Property Mgr was very good. He responded to questions very quickly. The location of this beach house could not be better. The path to the beach is right across the street and a 6 minute walk to Siesta Key village where there are shops, restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect perfect perfect!

This was an amazing house. It had everything you could want, walkable to everything, restaurant shopping , and the beach. We never needed to rent a car. So many things to do at this house. Every age range of people were completely satisfied. I would definitely stay at this house again it was beautiful top to bottom.

Family gathering

Overall, our stay was wonderful.We just had some minor issues with freezer, garbage disposal and elevator ( which were all tended to during our stay).The shower in the bathroom my husband and I shared did not get hot water.In the scheme of things, no big deal.

Perfect for a large group

The property was perfect. We had six couples staying together for a special occasion in the Sarasota area.The common areas are perfect for gathering and the private bedroom/baths gave everyone some personal space.This is the second time we stayed in this space and we'll be back.

Awesome couples trip!!

The house was perfect for 5 couples celebrating a 50th birthday weekend. It looked and felt like new, great pool, across from the beach, less than a 10-minute walk to the bars and restaurants. Top notch, well managed property....Thank You!

Beautiful Updates home

We had an amazing stay at Top Gulf, the home was immaculate and they spared no expense. The outdoor pool was a beautiful Oasis. Our group of 8 adults had plenty of room and the location made it super convenient to walk or grab a quick uber to Siesta Village. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend (would be great for adults and children).

Everything was great with one exception.....there was a lack of hot water while showering and it was a random problem. I took one hot shower in a week and it didnt matter how long we ran the water. That needsattention!

Fabulous family home

The house easily accommodated many generations. Pool was amazing. Big bonus was vunique vacations as property management. They were incredibly responsive to each and every question or need. Highly recommend renting from them.

Golden Anniversary Get-together

This residence was absolutely amazing for our entire family. Not always easy to keep teenagers and younger children entertained at the same time, but between the beach, pool, putting green and other games they were all content. Plenty of room for everyone inside as well.

Amazing home and location

This home was perfect! Right across the street from the beach, large enough for our family of 6 and friends to stay, beautifully decorated, comfortable to hang out both inside and in the pool area. The owners thought of everything to make this home comfortable for guests. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely be returning.

Amazing property and management!

Our stay was perfect from booking to checkin to checking on us during our stay and checkout! Absolutely gorgeous property didn’t even want to leave to go to the beach!! This property is packed full of all the essentials and plenty of extras!! But the 1 minute walk to the beach was perfect for beach days and sunsets!! Thankyou to Vunique Vacations for a perfect family of 11 vacation we WILL be back!!!

Family spring break retreat

We had 10 adults and three children under five for our family get together in March this year. The house was beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. The Vunique staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, including purchasing a meat thermometer for us, and bringing it to the house. The only negative was no umbrella/sun shield for the beach, so bring your own or buy one when you get there. Otherwise it’s perfection! The location to the beach and town was the best!

A Wonderful Week

The house was great! The two separate living spaces were a nice touch being in a group of 11 people. A very short walk to the beach was so nice, and the pool was great for the ages of kids that came along.
