Relax and enjoy the beautiful screened lanai with pool (pool not heated), BBQ grill, loungers & dining area with sink. The master bedroom has a new king bed, access to the screened lanai, and beautiful ensuite master bathroom with jetted tub & large separate shower. One guest bedroom has queen bed, and the other guest bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. The home also has an office, which comes in handy if you bring your work with you.

This is one of the nicest homes and prettiest lots on Grand Canal in Siesta Key. Great location, short drive to the beach and Siesta Key Village, and easy access on and off the island.

Small dogs will be considered with a $200 non-refundable pet fee but we must be notified before your reservation can be confirmed. The pet fee will not be reflected in the online price quote, but will be added to your total prior to finalizing your reservation.

RENTAL POLICY: A one month minimum is required January - April and it must be the first day of the month to the last day of the month unless management approves an exception prior to booking. 2 week minimum May - December and it must be 2 weeks in the same month.
