The house is equipped with all the things for all ages to enjoy a Siesta Key vacation. Every sand toy kids would want along with the chairs, umbrella and wagon to carry them to the beach. The home is very spacious, beautifully designed, and truly has everything you need when traveling away from home.

The house is absolutely amazing—spotlessly clean and incredibly well organized. Every little detail has been thoughtfully taken care of to make guests feel right at home. There are helpful labels and stickers in all the kitchen drawers and other areas of the house so you always know where everything is. The welcome binder on the counter is super useful, and the instructions for using the elevator were clear and easy to follow. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of care into every aspect of the experience.Communication with Tammy was also excellent—quick, clear, and super helpful. Stop looking and book!

I like to read reviews before booking a house. This house with its high number is what convinced me to book this property. The property was even more than we expected! Cleanest rental we have stayed in so far! The property was bigger than we imagined. The hosts have really thought everything through with this rental. Everything we needed for our stay was there(dishes, wagon, beach chairs). The host was very responsive when we had questions. 100 percent I would book this place again! Stop wasting time reading reviews and just book. You won’t be disappointed.

Very clean and updated house, property manager was very communicative and accommodating. All the rooms were exceptional and the pool area was perfect for families. Beach access was a major perk because you avoided the big crowds where the public parking area is. Very convenient location as well to the Siesta shops and restaurants. Ahh... This was just right!

Beautiful property in a great location. Quick walk to the beach and easy drive to downtown. So happy with the pool toys and beach items, which included chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and wagon. Everything needed for our group to settle right in was in the house. Comfortable beds for a good night sleep so we were ready to go the next day. There was a good amount of info for the property and the area that we found very helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Tammy for a wonderful stay.

Siesta Key Paradise

The property in the Siesta Key was amazing, as was our host Tammy. Communication was quick and easy. Our shower broke on our second day and Tammy got it sorted instantly. The beds are very comfortable and the house is extremely well stocked, as is the garage with pool and beach items. The only thing that we felt was lacking was a set of drawers to put clothes in, in the 4th bedroom. The bus stop outside for the Breeze and Frog bus was amazing for all of us, especially our elderly parents. We loved catching it into Siesta Key Village. We found plenty of great restaurants and cafes. Outside of the village we enjoyed two fantastic meals at Grillsmiths. The walk across the road to the beach is easy with a pull along cart and the beach is just amazing!!!! The road the house is on is a little bit noisy at times, when you are sitting outside, but then it shows what a lovely place Siesta Key is to visit, and people have to get there by car. It would not put us off staying again. Inside the house is lovely and quiet. We would love to return and we will definitely be recommending it to all our friends!!! Thank you Tammy!

Where to stay on Siesta Key

Everything was flawless and stress free from booking to checkout. It's not often we can get our kids and grandkids together under the same roof (9 total, 6 adults and 3 kids) without total chaos. Each family had their own space. If you don't know the Sarasota and Siesta Key area, reading between the lines about where to stay, the ability to get around (traffic, shopping, etc). the quality of the amenities, and so on, you run the risk of "pot luck." Fortunately we do which is why we chose to stay here. Everything was as advertised. Accommodations were ideal and the place was stocked with everything one might need, from beach toys and a wagon to transport them in, proximity to the beach, good eating and kitchen equipment (pots, pans, mixers, utensils, etc.). Beds were comfortable, everything was spotless, rooms were exceptionally large, the layout was ideal, bathrooms were modern and well designed, and everything we might have needed was easy to find. 5 stars all the way, in every aspect...

Everything was in beautiful condition. Kitchen was amazing! Very organized and all the culinary supplies you could possibly need. The property was very well maintained. The rooms are super large, and the bathrooms are all beautiful. The house was well stocked with everything needed. The walk to the beach is about a block long. Upon our arrival, Tammy, our agent, surprised us with birthday goodies on the island in the kitchen. It was so kind of her and made me feel extra special. We recommend this gem as a great vacation escape.

Family Vacation 2024

The place was very clean and updated. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach and crossing a busy road and the beach is very wide so it was a workout getting there. We were able to use the code for the place across the road to get through their parking lot with a car so we could unload at the stairs and bring back the car so that helped a lot. The beds are very soft so be sure you do not have back problems. Pillow tops I’m thinking. The pool is a little small for all of us at once but there was 10 of us but it was sure nice to have a pool. It was a very nice house but kinda noisy with all the road noise when sitting outside. Had a great trip and they are very helpful if you need something. Overall it’s a great house and we had a great time.
