'Stayed just one night and the unit was as described. Clean and all facilities were working properly. The Property manager was quick to respond and very nice to work with. The hot tub was turned on at our request as it is not heated at all times. Just request a couple hours prior to use. Our family would use again in the future.'

'Miscommunication regarding price and check in process. I was given a number to call to add a guest and the phone number didn’t work. The check in staff wasn’t helpful and I was given different quotes and no one could give me a straight answer.It took 2 days to fix a broken A/C in 2 of the rooms. Keep in mind it’s Cabo and it’s 90 degrees. I kept on getting the runaround with times it would be fixed. Our resort app wasn’t working or linking to our reservation.
