Welcome to this newly renovated, fully furnished home located in the heart of Sicamous.
This beautiful home is within walking distance to shopping, parks/playgrounds, biking/walking paths, beaches, restaurants and pubs, Shuswap and Mara lakes, and only 1 block from the local arena and baseball diamonds.
The Song Bird House is minutes away from all the popular sledding mountains, with plenty of parking for sleds, trailers and boats.

The space

Newly renovated, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home surrounded by beautiful trees in a quiet neighborhood. Drying room to dry all your gear after a day of being on the mountains. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub under the stars. Fully equipped kitchen all set for preparing delicious meals. Comfortable beds in cozy bedrooms for peaceful sleeps

Guest access

Guests will have full access to this large 2600 square foot home split between two levels.
The home is fully furnished and includes all bedding, towels, bbq, large hot tub, free WIFI, multiple TVs equipped with Netflix/cable and a dream kitchen fully equipped to host large functions. There are 5 bedrooms with 8 individual beds. There are also 10 on site parking stalls. Sicamous business license number 225. So you can book with confidence with this fully licensed home

Other things to note

Please enjoy your stay at The Song Bird House, but treat the home as if it were your own and respect the neighbors. All pets need to be cleaned up after and kept on the property otherwise additional charges may occur. Please ensure the hot tub is kept clean and soap free. If the hot tub needs to be drained after your stay there will be a $200 fee. There is no smoking allowed inside the home or hot tub.

Stayed with family for a week and had a great time! Lots of space for everyone - even a dining room table big enough to accommodate all of us. The deck is awesome and perfect for visiting and relaxing. Hot tub was a nice perk especially for a rainy day.

Wonderful communication. Terrific unit with a beautiful backyard and hot tub. The sitting and eating areas were superb. Beds are like pillow hugs that love you as you sleep! The hosts have thought of almost everything you could possible need.

If you are looking in Sicamous or area, this is the perfect place. Tons of space. A fantastic deck and back yard with a hot tub. Everything was well stocked and clean. Communication was excellent. Could not recommend it more.

Great location except the Firehall across the street :) So very well appointed; kitchen had everything we needed (cookie sheets could be renewed), beds were super comfy & 3 bathrooms great for 13 females!! Great back yard & deck - loved the hot tub deck - we spent a lot of time outside.

We had all of our kids and their kids. It was a great place for a larger group. The backyard was incredible for gathering at night and hanging out. Big trees with shade for summer afternoons. Inside was great everyone had their own room and each was nicely air conditioned.

We have stayed here two years in a ro. The house is so close to the main attractions, minutes to the beach, and the grocery store. We ate on the deck for every meal! Host had a well stocked kitchen for us and answered us right away when we had questions.

The home was clean, comfortable and ideal for our extended family gathering. The kitchen was perfect for group meal preparation, we loved the backyard, there is amole parking and its only minutes to drive to the lake to launch a boat or spend time at the beach. Downtown is a short walk away to get ice cream to get groceries and more.

We were a family group of eight adults and one little one. The property is great to spend a week relaxing and visiting. Folks enjoyed the hot tub, plenty of rooms for sleeping. We really enjoyed the covered deck and spent a lot of time on it. The owners are easy and willing to help you . Would love to stay again.

We did not have great weather but rain was greatly needed and the accommodation was fabulous to play family games and relax! The Enchanted Forest and the climbing was great t so on a rainy day! Our family highly recommends this as a family home holiday destination!
