Family room was really nice, sofa bed for the kids and 2 queen beds (little bit odd for a family) for the parents. Breakfast was a little disappointing, service was not up to date, many times food was not filled on time.

Statige buitenkant, gedateerde binnenkant
Ik had een hogere verwachting van dit hotel keten, de buitenkant van het hotel ziet er goed uit. De binnenkant is gedateerd. De locatie is perfect, Sibiu is een mooie stad, het hotel ligt tegen het centrum. Het ontbijt was goed, het diner heb ik in het centrum genoten. De naast de rest van het hotel is de spa ook gedateerd.

prijs/kwaliteit zeer verzorgd en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Hebben trouwens een upgrade gekregen. Je kunt je auto laten parkeren juist voor het hotel voor een meer prijs van 5 euro/nacht. Ook de Spa was zeer verzorgd en niet duur. Het ontbijt was zeer lekker.

We apologize for any inconveniences caused.As it is very difficult for us to change the appearance of the building, we place the greatest emphasis on the quality of service provided by our team.Our hotel does not have air conditioning but a centralized air conditioning system that works on heating or cooling (not simultaneously) depending on the season. Thus, the room thermostats can adjust the temperature: warmer/less warm when the air conditioning works on warm air, or cooler/less cold when the air conditioning works on cold air. We are aware of this unpleasant situation and are looking for technical solutions for the existing equipment.The classification of accommodation units in Romania is based on rigorous criteria established by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism and the classification certificates are obtained after controls by the competent authorities. We respect your opinion comparing us with other hotels you have visited, however we are certainly fair and transparent to our guests.

Superb location, dependable and well appointed
I stayed a night in a superior room here and enjoyed the superb location (at the crossroads between the Old town and modern part), the cleanliness, well-appointed room, very good breakfast and friendly staff. In particular the room had a tea and coffee machine, stocked minibar, free bottled water, a fluffy bed, and shower with movable handle. Individual toiletries, including brush kit and shave kit (!) as well as bathrobes and slippers were provided. Breakfast (7-10 on weekdays) was complex with sandwich ingredients, hot options (eggs, scramble, sausages, potatoes), tea, coffee, juices, sweets, pastries, muesli. The staff was friendly and efficient. Overall another greatly placed and dependable Continental hotel. I will return

Absolutely great hotel to stay. Right at the footstep of city hall. Hotel itself is clean, with comfortable beds and all eminities. The breakfast is delicious with loads of choices. Hotel is 18 kin walk from station. And 5 minutes to city hall

Excellent stay
Good hotel. Clean rooms. Nice view to the mountains, even if I didn't pay for it. Great buffet breakfast too! I'll stay again.
