The spacious living and dining room extends over 70 m2 and opens directly onto a partly roofed terrace of 18 m2, offering a pleasant view of the swimming pool. The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and features its own private shower and WC. The second bedroom is appointed with a French bed of 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A second shower and WC serves the remaining bedrooms and common areas of the apartment.
