'Prima hotel voor doorreis, prachtig uitzicht, goed bed. In het restaurant werd (men zei alleen op de dag dat we er waren, maar ik kreeg de indruk dat het standaard was) geen alcohol geschonken. '

'The views over the valley, the tea plantations and agricultural land are fantastic. The villa is set up on a hillside, about 3km out of town. It takes approximately a 10 min tuk tuk drive into town. The staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautifully presented, mostly made in wood and looking very smart. The room and bathroom were large, clean and well presented. The whole place is beautiful an dis surrounded by beautiful countryside. '

'Zeer gedateerd en luidruchtige kamer. '

'I loved the fact we were sleeping in a lovely restored home from 1831, with all mod cons. they did a great job on the restauration and the service from the staff is impeccable.'

'Wat een prachtige ervaring! Als je een ervaring wilt in de natuur raad ik deze accommodatie zeker aan! 'Really really nice staff - they were so accommodating and helpful- beyond what could be expected. We only stayed one night but they made us wish we had stayed a little longer. '

'Room was large and beds very comfortable. Hot water ran out in the morning so cold shower for friend. Food was varied and tasty at breakfast and evening meal. Lovely bar serving a variety of drinks and cocktails. Staff very friendly and helpful'

'Staff was good beds a little hard & sheets not clean overall not like the pictures on hotels.com we could hear all that was going on in next room & downstairs '

'工作人員服務好，雖然硬件舊了一點，但整體來說性價比高，體驗不錯。提供風筒，電熱水壺，毛巾，番梘，電視，熱水洗澡。 位置於市中心，轉左行10分鐘到郵局，轉右行10分鐘有Pizza Hut超級市場好方便，行20幾分鐘到Gregory lake'

'Nice peaceful location. 1 Bedroom apartment very roomy. Food was great. Staff service was excellent. The only downside was that the resort should alert travelers that the pool is not in operation and there is not a Hot Tub. '

'What a wonderful little home-stay! If you're after somewhere quiet, yet still close to the centre of Nuwara Eliya, this spot it perfect. No frills, just a comfortable room at an affordable price. Only a short walk to food options (Royal Wok does an excellent biryani). It might be a little hard to find, but message Saman (e.g. via WhatsApp) and they'll collect you from wherever you need - even as far as Colombo airport! Andrew's Lodge is a great option for anyone looking to break up the trip...

'When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received our reservation and no down payment was made. As the hotel was full, we had to look at an alternative. so it is advisable to contact the hotel even if your reservation is confirmed by Expedia. '

'Lovely staff and service'
