First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. « The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« We walked in the room and the chair was stained, the toilet wouldn’t work. The smell of weed was stuck in the elevator on the way up. Walked in the room, turned around with our bags and left. Went and gave the key back to the hotel lobby manager and asked if he’d gotten a call from yall about a refund on a cancellation. He had not at the time.
