'We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room particularly we killed a roach on the TV counter and a spider was in the bed when pulling back the sheets. It may have been because the room did have a terrace (door to the balcony). I notified the staff when checking out and they were receptive of the notification and said they would get the room sprayed. The front desk personnel were friendly and courteous even with late check-in.'

'With exception to room construction everything else was perfect - clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, & excellent coffee. You would think with the technology that exists in the world, hotels would build better sound barriers between floors. We could hear every single step the room above us was taking. They weren't stomping, these were normal steps and they were loud enough to keep me up at night. This is a shame as everything else was perfect.'

'Rooms not serviced daily, must go get your own clean towels at the front desk. The bed mattress is cheap and VERY uncomfortable'

'The hotel is very clean, it must be fairly new. When we checked in, without telling us, they charged our credit card an extra $25. The next morning I asked the front staff what that was about, and was told that it is to cover incidentals and that once I check out, it will be reversed. I told her that I have traveled all over the world and stayed in many hotels, and I have never had a charge like this before. Otherwise, breakfast was nothing special. The set up for making pancakes was not there...

'We reported the issue, and staff promised to REFUND the money. We heard clicking sound all night which was coming from the room/walls. Staff heard the noise and suggested it could be due to plumbing or the construction going on. We couldn't sleep for more than 1 hour. We wasted our vacations. Truly, it was very terrible night and lost 2 days of vacations.'

'Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!'

'We verbleven 1 nacht met de kinderen toen we de route 66 reden. Het was jammer dat er bij het inchecken niet verteld was dat het zwembad gesloten was. We kwamen naar beneden met onze zwemkleding toen we op deur van het zwembad de tekst gesloten zagen. De fitness is heel klein. De kamer was ruim wat wel heel fijn was. Bij het ontbijt was het zeer druk. Er waren wafels, omelet, muffins. Er was voldoende keuze. We aten ons ontbijt met plastic borden en bestek wat minder prettig was.'

'The breakfast was good, coffee etc. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. A/C worked well. The only issues were the back of the bathroom door was severely chewed up looking and badly damaged from previous guests and the upstairs occupants were loud and didn't quiet down until about 1:30am. For the cost, I rated it as ok/good. Location was great though right off I-40 west. Plenty of nearby restaurants available too.'

'Kamer (108) was prima, netjes en schoon. Veel ruimte met een aparte keuken, helaas was er erg weinig bestek en keukengerei aanwezig. Ook zijn er weinig kopjes en glazen te vinden. Bed was goed en badkamer ruim, helaas was de showergel leeg en was er te weinig toiletpapier achtergelaten. Zeker aan te raden, erg fijn verblijf!'

'The rooms were clean and comfortable. On the first night we stayed only one elevator worked and we had a long wait to even be able to get to our rooms. The laundry room was inaccessible. On the way home a week later, our second stay there the elevator STILL didn’t work. Luckily the staff person Dante was incredibly kind and gave us a first floor room!!! For the money I would probably find somewhere else to stay.'

'We have stayed at this location multiple times in the past 5 years. It has always been clean and the staff friendly. We have chosen this location due to the no pets policy it has had, however that has changed. We have nothing against pets, however my spouse is very allergic to the dander. It is one thing to allow service animals, but I personally saw 6 dogs during our 2 day stay and only 1 had on a service vest. The small elevator smelled like dog which is stomach turning when you are...
