Hotels in de buurt van Shoppes at University Place (Charlotte)

'We chose this hotel strictly because of the hot tub offering. It takes us 12 hours to get to Charlotte from north of Tampa due to many stops as a result of body pain. This is the only hotel in Charlotte that has hot tub in a large setting. The heated year-round pool was definitely a benefit to staying at the hotel. The housekeeping staff is kind, intuitive and helpful.'

'The property was beautiful and clean the staff was so nice !'

'The front desk were very polite and helpful. They throughly explained all the amenities and stayed in communication when we needed something. The lobby area was clean and spacious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Sheets and towels were neatly folded. Also plenty of parking.'

'Goed was de kamer, het zwembad en ontbijt.'

'Nice place to stay just 15 min from downtown Charlotte. The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained with plenty of parking spots. The Hilton club serves great food and drink and has a very nice view of the outside.'

'Hotel needs renovation badly. Stained wallpaper and smelled of smoke. Card keys to room didn’t work multiple times ended up being locked out of our room for 45 minutes at 11:00 pm. We had to sit in the lobby waiting for the maintenance guy to arrive and fix the door. Past two Hampton Inn’s have been very disappointing, unfortunately.'

'I enjoyed cleaning room and peacefulness. I did not like the fact that the Expedia site stated there's a hot tub at the location but there was not.'

'We stayed here for the Charlotte Speedway fall races. Only 15 minutes to Speedway and 20 minutes the other way to NASCAR Hall of Fame. The staff was extremely helpful and we had no issues with anything. The 1BR suite was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and very roomy. Breakfastwas different every day and constantly had fresh food added. Lots of national chain restaurants close by, but you have to try Boardwalk Billy's and Armored Cow Brewing Company that are close by. Will definitely stay...

'Hotel on its own is ok, service however is poor. No breakfast available, late checkout not available... their main response to any question is "no"'

'Room was not the cleanest, mattress was lumpy and made noise when you turn over, walls were paper thin, place reeked of marijuana. Didn’t sleep well. Paint on ceiling was peeling. Coffee was good. Didn’t try the breakfast.'

'This room was walking distance to the track. I will use this hotel for every race I go and watch.'

'Front desk friendly. Room not ready 2 hours after check in time. Room we reserved not available. Staff said site had been overbooked. We were given smaller room but not compensated for change. Breakfast buffet was a pitiful joke. 2 hours before the end of service, there was no hot food and limited other choices. We had to send out to nearby restaurant for breakfast'

'Nice hotel nice staff'
