« Room was decent but didn't really match the quality of the pictures shown. Staff were okay but some smelled like cigarettes. If opened the windows it was disgusting outside. »

« J'ai passé 10 nuits dans cet hôtel en déplacement pour la préparation du salon Aéronautique Aero India.il est situé a coté s'un grand hippodrome. L'hôtel n'est pas très grand comparé a ses concurrents 5 étoiles mais c'est une construction moderne et confortable bien désignée. la chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Le personnel est tres aimable et toujours au petits soins avec vous, vous etes vraiment tres bien acceuilli. Petit déjeuner principalement indien tres bon. »

« With the notable exception of Mohamed the concierge and a handful of other staff members whose names I do not have, I was treated with a range of prurient curiosity to obvious disdain. It was clear I wasn’t welcome which is very surprising in a luxury property. The ladies at the check-in desks were notably either too junior to help or downright agressive and rude. What a shame as the grounds, food and spa services are excellent and live up to the property’s reputation. »

« I stayed here for one week in December, through Christmas. The room was simple but had everything I needed. Same for the bathroom. I would say it was very good value. I didn't expect it to be a luxury hotel. It held up to my needs. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Not everyone spoke English, but it’s ok. There was always someone around that did. I did not use the restaurant. Mostly because I was busy exploring the city. »

« A comfortable and spacious room with quality bedding and furniture. Good air con and excellent and helpful cleaning staff. Reception was open 24 hours and organised. The restaurant was a little mediocre and some of the restaurants staff would have benefited from further customer care training »

« The property is fine but getting really old and need a refusrbishment. Staff is not professional at all. They charged me the rooms more than twice and after almost two months, I am still waiting for my money. Impossible to solve my problem. Transfer from the airport is finally charged after the promise to offer it to me. »
