'the lady that takes the bookings for the main restaurant needs to go to an anger management course or find another occupation. very rude and unaccommodating!!!! apart from that the staff are all wonderful '

'I didn’t have hot water the first day, but staff were very efficient to get that fixed….. My only complaint is the comfort of the bed I would give a 2/10 but every is different and some people prefer harder beds '

'First of all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room (mind you it was a standard) was gorgeous. Clean, modern, all the kitchen facilities to cook your own meal if you wanted to or to use a microwave. They had a washing machine / dryer combo in the room, making it very helpful to clean your own clothes. Pool, gym, cinema, buffet breakfast and dinner. Fabulous place to stay. I had several usb points in my room to allow charging of all electronics.'
