Vakantie en citytrip naar Sherbrooke

**Extremely disappointing experience — would not recommend** After a long day of driving, my girlfriend and I arrived late at night and booked the only room available, which was a smoking room. The smell of marijuana and cigarettes was unbearable, no matter what we tried. We immediately went to the front desk and explained the situation, asking for a different room. We were told there were no other rooms available, so we requested to cancel and receive a refund. The staff told us we had to contact Expedia, but when we contacted Expedia, we were told the hotel needed to release the funds before a refund could be issued. We were stuck going back and forth between the hotel and Expedia past midnight, with neither side taking responsibility for resolving the situation. After an exhausting day of driving, this was the second hotel we had dealt with that night, and the experience added unnecessary stress when all we wanted was a clean, comfortable place to sleep. The room’s unbearable smoke odor and the frustrating handling of our cancellation request made this a very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend confirming the room conditions and refund policy before booking.

Very clean , and quiet room. Parking available across the street for $24. We did not utilize their breakfast which was quoted to be $15 p.p. Check in was done on line, & code sent to make keys. Staff were present though for assistance. Text was also sent to let us know room was ready @ 1330, which was a nice perk. Would book again!

I highly recommend the hotel

Nice hotel with a good location.
