Hôtel Shepparton South, Kialla

« It’s very clean »

« Very good central location close to clubs & shops. Large room with comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Bathroom in need of a deeper clean, some minor tile repairs and a soap dish in the shower but good hot water and water pressure and generally acceptable overall. Bathroom sink needs a note warning that the hot water gets very hot very quickly in case of a child using it and possibly getting burnt. Overall we had a nice comfortable stay. »

« Was a great place to stay , the staff were so lovely »

« The room was very clean. We had a comfy bed with clean crisp cotton sheets. Good air conditioning and safe and secure parking. We will be back »

« Very disappointing experience — I would not stay here again We booked Paradise Lakes Motel through Expedia, but when we arrived late at night after driving from Melbourne, there was nobody at reception. We called the motel’s landline and the mobile number displayed at the property, but neither was answered. We couldn’t find another place to stay at that hour, so we had to wait until 6 am to check in. We then left at 11 am to continue driving to Canberra. The owner did not apologise or offer an...

« Parking spaces all full. Too many tradie trucks making parking and departure difficult. »

« Really well located to the shopping district and main arterial roads. Really clean, although the rooms were a bit dated. All in all a good place with off street parking. »

« The cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a motel. Spa bath was nice, shower water pressure was average. TV wouldn't turn on- turning it off an of at the wall worked- weird but ok. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, would stay again. Easy walk into town for food. »

« Handy to motorcross track for stay »

« Room was very clean and the bathroom excellent. Amenities in the room were adequate. Staff most helpful (even helped with setting up TV) Car parking in front of the unit. Certainly a 10 out of 10. Thanks »

« Great option to stay away from the city. »

« Maintenance in the room requires a closer look to keep up. Both of the electric blankets weren’t operating. So was one of the bedside light was out too. Otherwise the location is reasonably central to the hospital and all. Staff was friendly. »

« The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and check-in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience hassle-free. I’d happily stay here again. »

« No contact, except for one telephone call by me, to let them know my phone number because Expedia does not supply it to them. Check-in and check-out via SMS, no face to face contact. I like the method they use to let you access the room on arrival. »
