The hotel receptionists are all very helpful, however, housekeeping can really be improved. They need more training to keep their services consistent. There are days where amenities weren’t topped up and that when you put the card to show you want the beddings changed, they only change the bed with the card on it and not both (we stayed in a twin room). Their excuse was the card is on one bed so they changed the beddings on that bed. By the way they only give you one of those cards. Honestly, it sounded like laziness than “following the rules”. The hotel itself is a good stay - comfortable beds and good range of amenities available (toothpaste and toothbrushes, shavers, shower cap, comb, slippers, coffee/tea). But poor soundproofing - you can easily hear traffic outside, next door conversations, and even people’s karaoke from the lower floors. Can’t give more than 3 stars in general, but want to make a special out to Nelson for his outstanding service and for going above and beyond at the reception desk. He always have a great smile and seems to know everything - deals with all my queries swiftly and confirms our request before going ahead. He alone deserves 5 stars.
