This beautiful 5-bedroom (plus "Bunk Room"), 2 1/2 bath lakeside home has a gentle walk down to the lake and swim deck. The kids will love the one acre lot with a trampoline and three tree swings. You can relax on the front deck, with a view of the woods, the back deck with a view of the lake, or the back patio. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals or you can drive 15 minutes into Shell Knob for dinner. Ultrafast Starlink WiFi (200/20) is great for streaming or work.

The dock and swim platform are shared with our three neighbors. Out of respect for our home and our neighbors, we ask that if you are looking for a “party house”, please look elsewhere. Our neighbors are quiet and courteous, and we expect our guests to be, also. No smoking is allowed in or near the home or dock.

We are on a dead end on an asphalt road with woods across the street. It's easy to get to, but there is very little traffic.

This is our part-time home. We’ve equipped it for us, so there are lots of “extras” for you to enjoy. We’ve stayed in rental homes that don’t have yard games, great internet, frisbees, a football, board games, grill tools, wine glasses, Netflix, etc. Ours does. One of our guests said, “It’s more like staying at a friend’s lakehouse.”

There is a Google TV and DVD player. There is no broadcast or other television service (other than streaming), but that's why you go to the lake! The internet is fast, which is unusual for the area, because we just installed Starlink satellite internet.

You can rent a boat at Kings River Marina, which is about 10 mins away by road and 15 mins by water. Our shared boat dock is just two lots over where you can load and unload guests into your boat, or swim and sun on the swim dock.

Pets are welcome, but an additional cleaning fee applies. The yard is not fenced, but the deck is gated.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available, depending on other bookings. Just ask.
