'Quaint and comfortable stay for our one night in the most adorable town of Shelburne Falls. A walk to the river and the bridge of flowers at sunset gave us the most beautiful pictures. Owner was kind and helpful. We stayed here while my son biked at Thunder Mountain-a quick easy 10 min drive away and would stay again.'

'The room smelled like the air conditioner filter had never been changed. The shower curtain bottom was sopped with water. The carpet was covered in debris. The television didn’t work. The nightstand lamp didn’t work and the desk lamp was missing a bulb. The window blinds were covered in filth. It was really bad.'

'Clean . New. Didn't like the fact my door was knocked on at 1100am saying I had to check out when my reservation said noon. The gentleman was rude. And rushed me out of there going so far as to follow me to the office and basically telling me to leave. Very unprofessional. That needs to get cleaned up. Nice place otherwise'

'For a contactless check-in method, the staff were very accessible -easy to communicate with; the method was great. The room was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent. I met the owners and staff the morning after I checked in (late @ 11:45pm). They couldn't have been more hospitable. I stayed at the Walnut Inn out of necessity, attending a friend's father's funeral, and the Inn could not have been a better place for me to stay.
