'Great place. Reasonably priced. I would stay here again.'

'It was very clean and nicely set I loved it'

'Description and photos set appropriate expectations. Yes, there is an elevated train outside the door. Did it bother us? No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated. 'Great location and very clean. The couch is very broken down and uncomfortable and the deck furniture has seen better days, but overall was great! The keys were not able to unlock the door from the inside so my partner had to crawl out the window to open up...

'My husband walked in and he literally walked FaceTime me showed me all the mold and all the dirt and the dead cockroaches so I could take screenshots any videotaped all the dirt where the glasses were in the kitchen as he moved them around the dirt that laid on the shelves and then he walked out. He was literally only in there for about 10 to 15 minutes and and then I immediately called Expedia and vrbo and also the host who never got in touch with us. The basement has a terrible mold smell...

'It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but...
