A UNIQUE 2745 Square Feet House with private Pool and SPA, is located in the Historic Center of Seville, next to the lively large square of "Alameda De Hercules".

You will move on foot to all your visits or shopping and return to this haven of peace to rest and enjoy the UNIQUE services available to you with the Swimming pool on the Terrace and the SPA in the basement.

Each bedroom has a KingSize bed,its own bathroom, WC, bathrobes and a television .

Our house is unique in that it offers to you a Rooftop with a Swimming pool and in the basement : a private SPA area with a Jacuzzi, a Sauna and a Hammam and all this in the heart of Seville.

The 3 Bedrooms all have a KingSize Beds, a WC, an open bathroom, bathrobes and Television.

It is spread over 5 levels with the opening onto a central interior patio and a rear patio as you can see in the photos:

- Basement : Jacuzzi, Hammam and Sauna overlooking a Back Patio

- Ground floor : Entrance, Living room (with two convertible sofas of very good quality), Dining room, Kitchen and a bedroom for 3 people overlooking the back patio with a King Size Bed and a single sofa Bed

- 1st Floor : For 5 people / 2 Bedrooms (One on the street with a double bed Then another with a King Size Bed and a single sofa Bed overlooking the rear patio)

- 2nd Floor : Bedrooms are Closed.

- 3rd Floor: Terrace with the Swimming Ppool and a sofa area.

In total, we have the flexibility to accommodate 12 people, but we limit ourselves to a capacity of 8 people.

The house is on a very small, quiet square.
