Charming apartment in the Old Town of Seville, next to Santa Cruz.

This apartment is very good located upstairs on the first floor (not ground floor) in the Jewish Quarter, just next to Barrio Santa Cruz. It is also close to restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, local shops and buses. There is a terrace on top. Public garage about 5 minutes walk. It has one bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), and another bedroom with 2 single beds (one of them is pull "out and lift"), as well as a living room with sofa, 2 armchairs and dining table for 4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The fireplace cannot be used.
Please notice that I collect a 100€ DAMAGE DEPOSIT in cash on arrival that will be returned after your stay if the apartment is left in good condition and nothing broken.

kamer brandschoon en de eigenaar erg behulpzaam, airco in woon-en slaapkamers plus wifi. in keuken alleen koffie gezet. ook mooi gelegen midden in oude centrum op loopafstand van veel moois. mochten wij weer naar Sevilla gaan komken we hier zeker terug

A very good appartment in the center of Sevilla

Wij hebben een week verbleven in dit appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Volledig ingerichte keuken, goede bedden, handdoeken etc. Het is op de eerste verdieping maar met een makkelijke trap. Het voelt als thuis. Maar de absolute bonus is de ligging. In het oude centrum van Sevilla. Alle bezienswaardigheden, winkels, restaurants. Allemaal op loopafstand. Wij gaan zeker terug. En een supervriendelijke verhuurster!! We stayed in the appartment for a week. Everything you need is there. Fully equipped kitchen, good beds, towels etc. It’s on the first floor, with an easy stairs. It feels like your home. But the absolute bonus is it’s location in the old centre of Seville. All the highlights , shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. We will certainly go back. Superfriendly host.

L'hôte était très gentille; mais les voisins hyper bruyants une bonne partie de la nuit, les portes qui claquent sans cesse, la porte d'entrée en bas idem sans arrêt. Parlent tout fort dans les couloirs et devant notre porte d'entrée à 2h30 du matin. A 5h du matin ça recommencait avec ceux qui partaient. Des va et vient incessants en courant dans les escaliers et comme il n' y a pas d'isolation phonique....Il y a un peu d'entretien à faire dans l'appartement, la machine à laver à réparer, le robinet salle de bains, le canapé qui s'enfonce quand on s'assoit. Autrement il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine, sel, poivre, tisane, etc...

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Sevilla, das Appartement liegt super, alles zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Maria hat ein paar Tipps gegeben, Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles da, sogar ein kleiner Balkon, Küche gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage, alles bestens und zu empfehlen.

Great location and very helpful host

This apartment is in a very good location, close to the centre, but quiet. Only a few minutes walk to the centre and all the major sites.Maria was a delight and very helpful, allowing us to check in early and leave our cases to late afternoon. She helped with questions and offered advice as to where to go. She was kind and trustworthy.The apartment was warm enough for us in the evening, but make sure you have warm clothes if you visit in the winter months. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The apartment was very clean and cosy. The only reason we haven't given it 5 stars is that it's just a bit tired and could do with some modernisation, but for value for money, this is a great place to stay and we would highly recommend, this charming place to stay.

Perfect place

Maria welcomed us, showed us around and answered questions about recommended restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped so we bought a few groceries and had most meals in the apartment. Finding our way using Google maps was sometimes a challenge but still were able to walk to most of the main attractions. We recommend.

Très bien situé

Bel appartement extrêmement bien situé pour tout faire à pied. Il y a deux chambres, ce qui est pratique. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, nous avons cuisiné deux soirs. Les voisins sont très bruyants le soir donc, si vous êtes des couche tôt, je ne recommande pas. Le bruit arrête vers minuit. Par contre, tout le reste est bien. Le bain est vieux et mériterait d’être remplacé, mais pour une douche, c’est ok. Si vous en avez la possibilité: apportez vos oreillers! Ce qui est fourni est un coussin double très plat.
