Goed hotel, maar de ramen van de kamer zijn van enkel glas. Daarom zeer gehorig, omdat onder de kamers een horecazaak zit. De matrassen waren veel te hard. De bedden schuiven heel gemakkelijk en maken dan op de vloer die bestaat uit tegels een heel snerpend geluid. Er is ook geen WC borstel aanwezig en er waren ook geen papieren tissues aanwezig. De service bij de receptie was erg goed.

The location is really convenient for walking to most of the sights and experiences that Seville has to offer. Although the hotel has no formal dining facilities the surrounding streets offer a multitude of options to choose from. The hotel does have complimentary coffee, nibbles and soft drinks all day.

Large and comfortable bed. Very clean. Great location close to the cathedral and Alcazar. Free tea, coffee, water and juice all day on the ground floor and also cereals and fruit. Lovely roof terrace. Super value for money.

Lovely hotel with super helpful, friendly and effective staff. Quiet even though located right in historic Sevilla district. Highly recommend. Wifi is good. Walkable to most historic monuments (cathedra, Alcazar, Gold Tower, etc).

Location was fantastic - walking distanceto everything. The drinks and snacks in the lobby really made a difference saving us a lot money and time. Staff were helpful and nice. Good budget hotel to be used as a jumping off point. Would recommend.

The location was wonderful. So convient to everything, attractions, dining, bus line (only 3 stops to the train station) It was simple but clean and friendly. They had coffee water soda and simple breakfast items available. No real amenities but wlokking for that.

Fantastisk hotel med perfekt beliggenhed, direkte over for en smuk park. Store lyse værelser, parkering i p-kælder ved siden af hotellet. Utrolig god service. Gå afstand til Plaza de Espana, katedralen, alcazar og alle de skønne små gader med dejlige restauranter.

최고의 호텔입니다. 강추입니다.
중요 관광지 바로 근처에 있어서 너무 편리했구요. 하루 종일 1층에 간단한 음료, 빵,시리얼을 제공해서 가벼운 조식으로도 좋았습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절했구요. 바로 인근에 MOON이라는 한식당이 있는데 한국의 맛 그대로입니다만, 오픈시간에는 늦으면 대기가 50분 정도 각오하셔야 합니다.옥상에서 저녁때 간단한 맥주가 가능합니다. 도보로 3분거리에 마트가 있습니다.아주 만족했습니다.

We had an excellent time at Basic Hotel Dona Manuela. The reception staff were helpful and the room was cleaned and well equipped. The snacks and drinks in the lobby were free for guests and meant we could pop back to the hotel and enjoy a coffee!

C'est superbe. Le seul problème est le stationnement qui est limité dans le secteur. Il y a le stationnement public juste devant à 25 euros par jour qui est parfois complet.

The hotel, the lobby and the rooms are updated and very tastefully decorated. I loved the snack bar with coffee, water, and snacks available 24/7. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, specious for a family of 4 and had comfortable beds. We had our room facing the street and the park which was very noisy at times but that didn’t bother us that much. I loved the deck on the top of the building where we enjoyed some wine and enjoyed the views of Seville!! Parking was right next to the hotel, which was very convenient. Loved our stay at the hotel!!

Perfect location for main sights to see. Very walkable. This little hotel is nothing fancy but very comfortable and the staff is very nice. We took advantage of the rooftop deck one afternoon. Several choices for meals nearby. We would stay here again.

Doña Manuela superó nuestras expectativas de manera positiva. Todo el hotel muy limpio y el trato del personal excelente, especialmente Eva, quien nos oriento sobre lugares de interes, restaurantes, etc. Siempre con una sonrisa y muy cordial. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y caminamos a muchas atracciones. Alrededor hay restaurantes para todos los gustos y una parada de taxis en la esquina. Por supuesto, puede haber ruidos exteriores por estar tan centrico. Pero en una relacion calidad precio es excelente

We were on the 3rd floor with a great balcony. Nice rooftop as well. Room had king size comfy bed, closet and drawers. The staff were very helpful and happy. There was a simple basic food corner with coffee, drinks, assorted pastries all day available. The location was walkable to everything, Excellent restaurants right by the hotel. A very good 5 day stay.

Location and value
Pros: helpful staff, housekeeping services. Location within walkable distance of restaurants and attractions. 24/7 available cereal, milk, water, juice, coffee for guests. Good water pressure and temperature. Cons: our specific room was immediately adjacent to the public plaza with little to separate from the outdoor noise (kids screaming, moving chairs/tables, people dining). After use of the shower or sink for a decent amount of time, the pipes have trapped air trying to push through and will emit a ‘metal fork on ceramic plate’ sound for 10+ minutes. The main room light switch was tied to the outlets, so upon turning off the main light, it will power off all charging outlets. We got the last room for the weekend, so there want availability to switch. If you can stand all that, the location and value of this hotel beats everything else out.

Hotel in a perfect location to walk into the City, both Cathedral and Palace 10 minute walk away. Staff are excellent excusing my poor spanish and even provided cereal and drinks from a fridge despite no expectation to do so. Happily recommend.

Perfect place to stay for a break in Seville
This is a superb hotel for a stay in Seville. It is central and perfectly located to walk to all of the sights and for cafés, restaurants and bars too. The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are extremely friendly, going out of their way to make it a great stay. The little coffee/breakfast bar is such a nice touch and the sun terrace has great views of the park below, as well as the rooftops of Seville.
