Angeles House, Amazing Cathedral Views from the private Terrace

  • Triplex in het centrum van Sevilla.
    Het huis bestaat uit 2 slaapkamers, een woonkamer en een eigen terras. Het appartement biedt plaats aan 4 personen.

    Dit huis was van Manuel Gonzalez Santos, een van de grootste schilders van Sevilla in de 20e eeuw, wiens schilderijen te zien zijn in het Museo del Prado.
    Je kunt het appartement bereiken met de lift of via de trap.

    Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en je zult je er helemaal thuis voelen.

    Er is gratis wifi, Apple TV en gratis Netflix voor onze gasten.

    Het heeft 3 verdiepingen; op de eerste verdieping vind je de keuken (volledig uitgerust), een klein toilet en de woonkamer (met een grote tv en Apple TV).

    Op de tweede verdieping vind je de hoofdslaapkamer, met aan het plafond een origineel schilderij gemaakt door de eigenaar van het huis, Manuel Gonzalez Santos.
    Het bed is kingsize, 180x200 cm. Vlak bij deze slaapkamer is een complete badkamer.

    Op de derde verdieping is er nog een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed (160 x 200) en een complete badkamer.

    Hier, op de derde verdieping, vind je het geweldige, gezellige terras waar je kunt genieten van de mooiste zonsondergangen van de stad!
    Ga gewoon lekker zitten en ontspan!


    We bieden een parkeerplaats aan tegen een meerprijs van 15 euro per nacht; de parkeerplaats ligt op 9 minuten lopen van het appartement. Het is de dichtstbijzijnde parkeerplaats bij het historische voetgangerscentrum. Omdat het huis midden in het hart van het oude stadscentrum ligt.

    Het appartement ligt echt in het hart van de stad, een betere locatie kun je niet vinden. Het is perfect om de stad te voet te ontdekken!
    Het ligt vlak bij de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van de stad, zoals de kathedraal, het Alcázar-paleis, de Plaza de España, enz.

    De buurt zit vol met bars en restaurants, maar de straat waar het appartement ligt, Calle Ángeles, is een klein voetgangersstraatje zonder bars. Het is puur een woonstraat met heel weinig verkeer, dus het is er erg rustig.

Excellent location! Close to everything in the historic area but in a quiet street! It’s an older place with lots of character. The upstairs terrace is amazing with a gorgeous view of the cathedral!

The highlight of the property was the amazing view of the giralda from the azotea. Absolutely beautiful. We loved it! Also lots of space. An ideal location, a few steps from Calle Mateos Gagos. Charming patio in the entrance as you enter the building. I am hoping to book it again on my next visit.

Amazing location

Loved staying here in the heart of Sevilla and coming home to a beautiful and artistic courtyard and apartment. So easy to get to anywhere we wanted to visit and great access to restaurants and sites.

Great location! Terrace view is the best!!! Plenty of space for 4 adults. Host was great and the book of information they have for guest is very much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!!!

We were happy to find ourselves conveniently located in the center of Seville. We had easy walking access to all meaningful attractions, restaurants, etc. wonderful stay in an absolutely beautiful city.

Best terrace in the old city

The location of the apartment is perfect for seeing all of the sights of the old city and downtown Sevilla. It's easy walking distance to the historical sights, restaurants and flamenco theaters. Highly recommended and I can't wait to come back.

Lovely place in the heart of Seville! We loved walking around this neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants very close by, and the Cathedral and surrounding plaza is only a couple minute walk away (literally 2-3 minutes). Also the views of the Cathedral from the top patio are amazing. The master bedroom is surprisingly large. We traveled here with our two daughters, and they appreciated that they were each able to have their own room (one slept on the foldout couch on the first floor), and their own bathroom. The kitchen is tight but very functional. The one thing to be aware of is that the apartment is more vertical than horizontal (hence, there are a lot of stairs as nearly every room is on a separate floor). But if you don't mind stairs, it's a wonderful place to stay. We'd be delighted to get to come back here again someday.

Perfect location!

The location of the apartment is wonderful! You can see La Giralda from the patio and bedroom window. The building is very charming. A few things could use a little updating but overall very nice and I would return.

Wonderful apartment in the middle of Seville

The apartment is walking distance from all of the major attractions, with many restaurant options nearby. The apartment is spacious and very clean, and we appreciated the smart TV and dishwasher. We loved drinking cava on the roof deck. Elena was a warm and responsive host. This was a great base for our trip to Seville.

Lovely 3 level apt, with nice terrace view

This was a fabulous location and we loved the terrace view of the cathedral tower. Great restaurants and sights in walking distance. Be mindful of the view into the lower level bathroom from the terrace! We hung a towel on the window to avoid views that family members might have trouble unseeing! Tiniest kitchen ever was functional for snacks, coffee, and laundry, but i wouldn't want to cook in it. I would stay here again.

3 days in Seville

My husband, adult son and I spent 3 nights in this lovely apartment this spring. Check was easy. We had a slight issue with the digital entry but the landlord was immediately reachable and solved it on this pot. No fur5er issues after that. The roof top terrace was a real treat, providing beautiful views. The apartment is centrally located making it easy to walk everywhere.

Seville sunsets

This historic apartment is in a wonderful location in old Seville. Very walkable with many restaurants and shops nearby and of course the church. The stairs are winding and quite steep, so if someone has knee problems I wouldn’t recommend. The views of the church bell tower at sunset from the rooftop terrace are magical. It was very nice to have a washing machine for laundry, however the refrigerator was not working during our stay which was disappointing. Once that is repaired I would definitely recommend this apartment without reservations.

Location location location

The check in process was easy, the location was perfect right in the heart of Seville a few steps from the cathedral. My only feedback is that the apartment is a little dated, not like the picture. The a/c in the master bedroom barely work and due to the fact that it was summer it was difficult to sleep. The parking was not included but available at an additional cost.

Wir waren 5 Tage in Sevilla und die Wohnung war genau richtig für uns: 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Es liegt in einer Nebengasse von der Haupt-Fussgänger-Zone mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften - zu Fuß nur 3 Minuten bis zur Kathedrale - und es war trotzdem sehr ruhig! Das war unglaublich und hat uns sehr gut getan, wenn man vom Trubel der Innenstadt in die Unterkunft kam. Man bewohnt quasi 3 Stockwerke und hat insofern genügend Platz. Die zwei Bäder plus zusätzlicher Toilette machen das Ganze noch komfortabler. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Ausstattung war völlig ausreichend und gut! Die Wohnung war super sauber und man hat sich schnell wohl gefühlt! Etwas ganz Besonderes war die Dachterrasse: Wir konnten den Abend dort oben ausklingen lassen und haben auch dort gefrühstückt - der Aufwand mit dem Hochtragen des Frühstücks wird mit dem tollen Blick belohnt - es darf nur nicht zu spät sein, sonst ist es zu heiß ;-)Der Sonnenschirm war kaputt, aber auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde am nächsten Tag ein neuer geliefert! Der Kontakt mit Elena über WhatsApp war immer super - sie hat sehr schnell auf alle Anfragen reagiert. Der Checkin mit TLOCK-App war für uns neu, hat aber mit Elenas Hilfe gut funktioniert. Definitiv ist diese Unterkunft ein echter Schatz: Mitten in der Stadt, sehr sauber, sehr ruhig und dank Elena mit einer kompetenten Gastgeberin! Vielen Dank! ¡Muchas gracias! ¡La próxima vez que visitemos Sevilla volveremos a ponernos en contacto con vosotros!

We just returned from ten days at Calle Angeles 3. In terms of location you could not ask for anything better. To get there was a bit of a challenge. If you are renting a car, park at Interparking Cano y Cueto. It is a 5 minute walk although we did not believe the route due to all of the cobblestone streets so ended up taking an Uber. Ubers cannot go as far so we had to walk with our luggage for the last block. My husband came a couple of days later, took a taxi and got much closer. The host is amazing. We struggled with the directions to get in, and she was completely available to help us. There is a small market around the corner for essentials. My daughter is studying abroad and her housing was a couple of miles away with a larger market so we stalked up there. The views from the roof top were amazing. It is a very walkable city from this location. If you are looking to immerse yourself into Seville this is the place.
