Perfection in Paradise!

From start to finish our stay in the Ritz Carlton Residence #612 exceeded all of our expectations. Arlene was delightful and very helpful in getting us reserved for our one week family vacation. Followed by Ritche, our concierge, was so patient and diligent in making sure we had all of our groceries arranged and reservations secured prior to our arrival. Throughout our stay we were also assisted by Karla and Oshane and many more concierge staff who always went above and beyond to make certain that any requests or assistance were addressed. Upon entering the 612 residence our family of 9 were all mesmerized by how gorgeous the property was and the amazing beach/ocean views. The unit is expansive and beautifully decorated. The rooms are all situated in a way in which you feel you have your own private space and are still able to enjoy the common areas with your family/ traveling party. The resort has many wonderful amenities to enjoy for those of all ages. From of course the beach and pools to a kids water park, basketball court, water sports of all kinds, spa and restaurants (our favorite was Seven). Our family had an amazing and memorable vacation and it was thanks to the kindness of all the staff and a spectacular beach setting. Thank you to all the wonderful Ritz Carlton staff. Be Careful Picking Your Condo

I've stayed at Ritz residences many summers but this is the first where we were not told of major construction prior to our arrival. The South tower will have construction all summer 2016 so book in the north tower or ask a lot of questions prior to booking. Drilling and hammering each day 9:30-4 can be heard from floors 3-5 in south tower. All balconies have scaffolding. No way to hear yourselves think and they wont move you. Its gorgeous outside still. Just forget vacation naps, phone calls, or putting the little ones down.

Great Stay

Hello, Tracey! Kathy made it home (finally!) after staying at the Ritz Residences. I'm pretty sure the staff had to escort her out, because the two month vacation was spectacular! Having previously stayed at the GCM Ritz on several occasions, I'd have to say that our experience in the Residences was the best of all. It was much more private than the hotel, yet the staff in the North Tower lobby couldn't have been more attentive to us and our guests. It was a perfect mix. I wish I could have spent more time there. We have been raving about the accommodations and our experience to our friends, and would certainly recommend this venue, and your services, to anyone wishing to visit Grand Cayman. Beyond expectations!

Our months stay at the Ritz, February 2010, was the best vacation we have had in the Caymans. It was beyond our expectations. This comes from a couple who loves the Caymans and has spent over 15 years coming back to Cayman. The good experience started with Tracey's gracious and helpful way of showing us through pictures all the wonderful amenities we would enjoy. The pictures were beautiful however the reality when there was breathtaking. The staff were outstanding. They were warm, friendly, and above and beyond helpful. The consierge staff was superb. The beach staff couldn,t do enough. The food at the hotel restaurents, From "7" to the beach bar delicious. We left knowing we had made good friends. Had had a superb vacation. We will be back again February 1011. Judy and Stan

Heaven on Earth

Our getaway was exquisite. Upon entering the Ritz Property to the very sad moment of departure all was perfect. The residence met all our expectations and then some. The location, ocean front, was just breath taking. All the staff was kind and offered flawless service. The residence became our home, the staff our family. Beautiful memories were created, life-long friendships developed and soooo much relaxation was had by all. Can hardly wait until our next visit. Thank you for all the kindness shown to our family. With great appreciation.

Best Caribbean trip ever!

This was hands down the best rental experience we have ever had, and the best vacation as well! The residence, the resort, the service, and all the amenities were absolutely top notch. Everything was exactly as described. We will be coming back definitely!
