'Communicatie met de verhuurder was erg moeilijk. Reageerde niet op onze mail, appjes of telefoontjes. Verder moesten wij enkele minuten voor de poort wachten, terwijl de eigenaar op het terras zat'

'Een prima compleet uitgeruste woning met gedeeltelijk overdekt terras met eettafel en stoelen. Vanaf het terras prachtig uitzicht over de baai en omgeving. In de slaapkamer (met het 2-persoonsbed) hoor je het geluid van de brekende golven van de zee, en regelmatig een langsgaande trein.'

Zeer rustige ligging en een hele goede uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving van La Spezia tot aan Genua. Het contact met Barbara verliep meteen vanaf het begin erg soepel en vriendelijk. 'perfect location if you want to visit conque terre, but you don't like the crowds all day! Deiva is a quiet village, with restaurants and supermarkets. Amd a train station for gast access to the conque terre. You don't need a car.'

'We loved this property. The home is full of antiques but is very comfortable. We did need a car to get to the home. Sylvie recommended the restaurant, Peppen and it was the best place we have eaten in a long time. The owner was gracious and fed us way too much wonderful food. 'Vermieterin ist OK, sie reagierte immer auf die Whatsapp Nachrichten. Die Baustelle nebenan war ab Morgens schon immer sehr störend. Hornissen an der Ausswenwand frassen sich durch das Badezimmer, was wohl schon vor unserer Ankunft bemerkt wurde (Loch wurde mit Papier und Zahnpasta geflickt). 'We stayed with our family in the week of 2 sept 2023 and we would absolutely want to come back to this house and this place next summer. The house is clean and well equiped as described, with enough space for a small group. The terraces are very nice with a breath taking view over Chiavari & Lavagna and the medit. sea. 'Echt fantastisch uitzicht uit kamer of tuintje, maar de foto's bedriegen wat. Tuintje of terras is er wel, maar geeft niet uit op de kamers. Airco werkt niet, en niet alle ramen hebben muggengaas, en ja er zitten veel muggen. Ontbijt is echt de prijs niet waard, restaurantkeuken is van degelijke kwaliteit. Locatie is een goede uitvalbasis om cinque terre te verkennen'

'Riomaggiore was nieuw voor ons, maar het voelde meteen als thuiskomen. Fris en ruim huisje en een fijne ontvangst door Veronica. Ze gaf ons tips en daarmee werd het ons heel eenvoudig gemaakt.
