'El personal es muy amable, pero se ve q el hotel está pensado para eventos y no para huéspedes. Las llaves se desprograman si las pones en la cartera o celular o donde sea, hubo q ir a reprogramarlas 4 veces en 2 días.'

'Prachtig hotel in villa-stijl. Op loopafstand van het centrum in Florence, ongeveer een kwartier wandelen. Het taxibusje van het hotel brengt en haalt je vanuit het centrum, vlakbij Porto Vecchio. Hotel ligt heel erg mooi en rustig. Kamers zijn wel wat aan de kleine kant. Wij hadden een suite, helaas met 2 kleine ramen. Wel met bubbelbad.'

'The room was great quiet, and location close to train station. The breakfast was amazing and offered a lot. Staff friendly. Only complaint is that the tub/ shower is poorly designed in that the shower glass protector is only half the tub and not the half that has the showerhead! By the time I’d finished my shower with trying to keep the showerhead pointed toward the front where the door was, I had a swimming pool on the floor of my bathroom and had to use all the towels to sop it up.
