Goede service, mooie accommodatie, tip top in orde
Port Nature biedt uitstekende verzorging, veel keuze in maaltijden en kent een uitstekende ligging aan het strand. Het is rustig en mooi ruimtelijk van opzet. De directe omgeving buiten het hotel is redelijk "leeg". Wel is er een bazaar direct naast het hotel. Verderop zijn ook andere (beperkte) winkelmogelijkheden. Deze buitenomgeving geldt overigens voor alle hotels in deze kustplaats. In de plaats Serik, goed bereikbaar met Dolmus, zijn diverse andere winkelmogelijkheden.

Wir (mit Kindern 10,12,16) waren das erste Mal in einem all-incl Hotel in der Tuerkei. Hotel war grossartig, mit vielen Restaurants, tollem Essen, relaxing Pool, nettem Sandstrand und Meer. Mitarbeiter werden aus der ganzen Welt rekrutiert, Gaeste sind hauptsaechlich russisch (wir mussten uns daran gewöhnen, dass Mitarbeiter oft wirklich kein bisschen Englisch verstehen). Am Pool Musik den ganzen Tag... was uns nicht gestört hat.

Odalar güzel havuz iyi personel de sıkıntı yok. Ancak bir çeşit etli yemek çıkıyor onun için sıra bekliyorsun ve oda kalmıyor zaten. gerisi sebze tavuk ciğer böbrek sote gibi idarelik menuler. akşam 11 de bir misafirim geldi 9 dan sonra olduğu için lobiye almadılar bu konuda yardımcı olmak için hicbirsey yapmadilar.

Excellent stay at Port Nature.
The customer service from all staff was excellent, staff was so helpful with my disability request and they really went above and beyond to help in all areas. Not big drinkers but an All Inclusive with popular branded drinks was a fantastic bonus.

Avoid this Hotel/ Välttä tätä hotellia.
This hotel is not a 5 star hotel but 3 star at most. Photos are not telling you truth. Rooms are not noise isolated and even you can listen next room telefon conversation easily or wake up with cleaners conversation at the corridor. All inclusive is it but foods are really bad quality and everyday same menu which is a shame for Turkish gastronomy and service is unfortunate. Generaly, hotel managment is poor. My advice is avoid this hotel if possible, it is waste of money.

Albergo perfetto per famiglie
Abbiamo soggiornato presso Port Nature nel mese di agosto. Struttura sul mare, lontano da città o luoghi di interesse storico che però consente di rilassarsi tra spiaggia e mare, barbecue e concerti o spettacoli serali. Luogo perfetto per dedicarsi alla propria famiglia e trascorre tempo insieme

Hjemvendt efter en god ferie. Hotellet og omgivelserne er super fine, dog havde vi en lille skuffelse ift. vores forventinger ud fra billederne. Men hotellet gør meget ud af deres all inklusive, alt er af "mærkevare". Overordnet en god oplevelse.

We have great trip, we were 3 in one room. The food was great and the hotel staff always try to help us with smile even some of them did not speak english fluently (e.g. they give us compatible electric adapter). The internet was very good except one night. The bad things we hates: there no map for hotels for all the places activity and times, you need to ask and figure something by yourself which sometimes not comfortable. The fitness center was disappointed somehow for such big and luxury hotel.

FINT OPHOLD.
23/2 - 26/2 - 15 Vi var 2 par der besøgte dette hotel, maden var god, men vores ophold, (som var all-incl.) her havde hotellet ikke som lovet 1 x a la carte med i prisen (det er kun i højsæsonen) hvilket IKKE var oplyst nogen steder. Vi skulle så kun betale 15 tl. p.p. men alligevel, skuffende. Buffet morgen, middag , aften = super. Hotellet er stort - nogen steder var der varmt at opholde sig andre meget koldt, bl.a i -0 sal hvor alle aktiviteterne foregik var der hujende koldt. Det lige til at blive syg af. Vi havde 1 person der lå med en lettere madforgiftning efter at have spist fisk/skaldyr, det kunne vi også godt have undværet, men vi hørte dog ikke om andre tilfælde. De unge mennesker som stod for aktiviteter var fulde af gå på mod og rigtig søde. Receptionens personale var dog en skændsel, de var sure, meget lidt hjælpsomme og kunne overhoved ikke kommunikere på engelsk. Vores værelser på 4 sal. var store og meget flotte balkonen var stor. Toilet med glasdør og udsigt - her skal man altså kende hinanden mere end godt. håndvask i entreen. Men alligevel, et fint værelse.

Not What it Claims to Be
Let me start by offering a major caveat. The first three days we were at the hotel, the hotel was cleaning up from having its compound flooded. It was not obvious how rare an event or happens frequently due to poor construction. Had the hotel done anything to admit that it was having difficulty or to try accommodate the great inconvenience caused by the number of services made unavailable due to the flooding, I would likely rate the resort higher. Cons: -The construction, as noted above, is of fairly low quality. After what seemed like heavy rain, there were buckets all over the lower two floors. The spa, indoor pool. patisserie, kids club, reception, were all closed for at least one day, several longer, the patisserie and reception never opened back up. The shower in our room flooded with every use. The drain was much higher than the lowest point in the shower and after a couple of minutes, it would flood the rest of the bathroom. -The staff are fairly mediocre. I think this is likely poor management and training. The people at the reception were unhelpful any time we approached them. Room service didn't answer. There is no concierge service. The only help is a private taxi service with a desk in the lobby. They charged 100 euro to go anywhere. -Note that the website uses architectural renderings instead of real pictures. The place is not as nice as the renderings. -The kids club was staffed by a single, mostly inattentive (overworked and under-motivated) person.

Hôtel récent mais non adapté aux grosses pluies
Rien à redire sur cet hôtel aussi bien au niveau de l'accueil, du personnel et des prestations aussi longtemps que la météo était favorable. Après un épisode orageux particulièrement intense, l'hôtel s'est révélé très perméable. Les terrasses sur les toits étant mal imperméabilisées, le rez-de chaussée était rapidement inondé. Ceci dit, tout le personnel a fait le maximum pour permettre aux résidents de ne pas en pâtir. Les repas sont très bons et les buffets sont magnifiques. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour même si la météo n'était pas optimale. Le rapport qualité-prix était très bien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette structure et la recommanderons volontiers à nos amis.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Die ersten drei Tage waren hervorragend,bis zu dem Gewitter mit Orkanstürmen und Sturzregen . über die ganze Nacht . Essen sehr gepflegt und immer eine frische Auswahl . Toller Service echter All Inklusive . Zimmer groß und sehr gepflegt ,alles neu . schöne Poolanlage,für mich als Schwimmer wunderbar,den langen rundum verlaufenden Kanal zu durchschwimmen ,leider fehlte ein beheizter Außenpool ,meiner Frau und vielen anderen Hotelgästen ist das Wasser im Pool zu kalt ,Meerwassertemperatur war für Ende Oktober sehr angenehm zum baden . Leider war nach der Sturmnacht vieles anders ,das Wasser drang in vielen Hotelteilen durch die Decken ,von außen drang an Türen Wasser in das Hotel ,der Spabereich mußte geschlossen werden und in einem Hoteltrakt lief das Wasser durch die Decke in die Zimmer .Der Pool wurde als Überlaufbecken genutzt somit war das Schwimmen beendet . Das führe ich auf Bauschäden zurück ,da ja das Hotel erst im Sommer 2014 eröffnet wurde ,eine Herausforderung diese Schäden alle ordentlich zu beseitigen . Das Personal hat alles daran gesetzt uns als Gäste trotz diesen Widerlichkeiten gut zu versorgen und den Betrieb so reibungslos wie möglich aufrecht zu erhalten .

Magnifique séjour
Cet hôtel très design est neuf et tout y est magnifique. Les chambres familles sont spacieuses et bien agencées. Les lits sont un peu durs... Les différents restaurants proposent des plats variés et pour tous les goûts. La nourriture est excellente. Les bars proposent des alcools nationaux et internationaux de qualité. Les collaborateurs sont souriants et serviables, Ils parlent un peu d'allemand et d'anglais; certains parlent russe ! Je recommande cet hôtel sans restriction et y retournerai avec plaisir.

Sprachkenntnisse oft weder Deutsch noch Englisch beim Service Personal Zu laut und zuviel Animitation....bis 0.00 Uhr immer laute Musik von allen Seiten...auch die Nachbar Hotels. Alles im Umkreis noch sehr unfertig und im Bau. Die richtigen Golf Hotels sind besser geführt und besseres Publikum. Kinderrutschen mit Geschrei direkt vor dem Zimmerfenster. Geburtstagspaket für Freundin gebucht...auch bezahlt...war aber nicht wie abgesprochen um 20h fertig. In 5 Jahren ist diese Region wahrscheinlich ok...aber nur für Familien mit Kindern und Russen... Ich war enttäuscht..

Dette hotellet vil jeg trygt anbefale!
Det eneste negative var " guest relation" som ikke snakket annet enn tyrkisk. De var heller ikke oppdatert om f eks markeder og om hvordan man kunne komme seg dit. Alt annet var helt perfekt. Utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Rent og ordentlig overalt. Nydelig mat, mye å velge i.

We had a very pleasant one night stay in a very well run, customer friendly hotel with very good facilities, excellent choice and quality of food and beverages. Staff were all very courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly like to stay at this hotel again for a longer period.
