'A lovely family run hotel with attention to detail and great service. Great location, with a super pool (great for kids). Beautiful views across the hillsides. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh. Friday night BBQ and live music was a lovely experience. We visited a local Thai restaurant on Friday evening, as recommended by the hotel - they weren’t wrong. It was really tasty and the service excellent. All in all would highly recommend and would love to return to Hotel L’Abbaye!'

'The Maison de Tari is a perfect place to stay for families looking to explore the area around Sarlat. We stayed in a family room with three small children and it suited us perfectly. All rooms had a separate outside sitting area with a large table. It had a good sized pool, a separate communal cooking and dining area, including a gas BBQ and a fridge. A great continental breakfast was provided that included fresh pastries from the local bakery, and a selection of local jams, cheeses and meats....

'Parking was inferred but not available, a bit scruffy around the property, but good location to town. Sorted out the access in the end but a bit complicated...'

'The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool area, the lobby and bar are nice places to relax after a day in town. The daily breakfast is substantial, and the staff are friendly and helpful.'
