'If you’re traveling with family and kids, this place is perfect. There’s a giant mall downstairs with plenty of restaurants to choose from, a grocery supermarket. The hotel itself has excellent staff - courteous, attentive and professional. Breakfast buffet was above average and the dining room was organized. Rooms were clean and spotless. The Basilica de Guadalupe is less than 15 minutes by car. There’s a Costco 2 miles away. Uber rides is very convenient.'

'Our room at Pug Seal Polanco Allan Poe was clean and well-maintained. It was lovely to have a balcony. The staff was helpful and prompt. The common areas of the hotel were beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast was generous--wonderful to have both light buffet-type options and to be able to order off the menu. I would definitely return to this hotel, or use one of the other Pug Seal locations, and I will be recommending it to others.'
