Mooi resort aan het strand. Ruime kamer met balkon. Prachtig zwembad. Kwaliteit van het eten is goed.Lombok is rustiger dan Bali, niet zo massaal. De lokatie is 1.15 uur van de luchthaven

Zeer goed Hotel op Lombok
Dit hotel heeft aan al onze verwachtingen voldaan. Zeer mooie kamer. Als je een kamer neemt met uitzicht op zee probeer dan een kamer op de tweede verdieping te krijgen. Badkamer groot met mooie douche . geen bad. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Eten in hotel is goed. Mix tussen internationaal en Indonesiche . Ontbijt goed verzorgt.

Goed hotel, goede staf. Mooi en fijn zwembad. Wij verbleven in 1 van de pool villa's. Minimalistische inrichting met veel comfort. Omdat het een vrij nieuw hotel is (9 maanden oud) misten wij veel al de sfeer die we in alle andere hotels wel terug zien. hotel is nog in aanbouw en groots opgezet. Zeker geen straf om in te verblijven. Alle voorzieningen voor een 4 sterren verblijf binnen handbereik. Net buiten Senggigi

Eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage, direkt am Meer und die Lage ist sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns den Aufenthalt über sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die vielen verschiedenen Pools und Liegen bieten die Möglichkeit sich bestens zu entspannen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr schön. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Stayed at the Katamaran in week begining of May 2024. The hotel is very clean with friendly staff. They have a good breakfast options plus best view of sunset while having dinner. The beach is quiet nice with the swimming pool. Loved our stay at the Katamaran and will be staying here again if when visiting Lombok.

Das Hotel war eines der Besten, in denen wir je waren. Super freundliches Personal was nicht aufdringlich war, sehr saubere Zimmer, eine wahnsinnige Auswahl beim Frühstück (was eher vom Angebot ein Brunch war), tolle Anlage, toller Pool … Ehrlicherweise war der Strand selber nicht so dolle … aber dafür gibt es von uns keinen Punkt Abzug, weil man vom Strand direkt an den Pool huschen konnte und dort waren ausreichend Liegen. Was man auch erwähnen sollte (ist aber keine Kritik) … nachts ist Flut und die Wellen rauschen schon ordentlich … auf der anderen Seite ist eine Hauptstraße. War für uns auch kein Problem, aber man sollte es erwähnen 😉

The hotel and associated facilites were of an excellent standard and the staff were extremely helpful. The spa was a lovely experience and the choice of pools were great. There is a hut-type bar located on the sea-front which served a wide variety of drinks. There was access to the beach from all of the pools and a mixture of seating. There were two dining options - a beachfront restaurant which was more relaxed and was where breakfast is served, however we found the breakfast to be average (we didnt try the local cuisine). The Kliff Restaurant is a lovely location at the top of the hill with stunning views of the sea and the food was of a better than the beachfront restaurant but in our opinion nothing to shout about. We stayed in the most basic room but it was very spacious and had a balcony. Bottled water refills were unlimited and free. We visited in low season and Lomobk was incredibly quiet with only a handful of tourists seen in Senggigi and the local bars and restaurants were pretty much empty.

We liked almost everything about this property except, the absolute price gouging for beer! Wine and cocktails are pricey, yet in the ballpark of what to expect at a resort. A small Bintang runs 70k and a large is 125k! It is at least 2.5 times the rate at comparable establishments. It meant that we did not enjoy the hotel food and bar because it simply was over the top. We enjoyed the equipment in the gym, but they didn’t turn the AC on! Working out in 30 degrees at 8am was challenging. We did ask for AC, but a language barrier prevented a resolution. I don’t think the hotel reception understood. It is a beautiful place otherwise!

The pool villa we upgraded to was excellent value. The beachside location was excellent as was the choice of activities on offer. The Kliff restaurant was also excellent with sunset views and very reasonable prices by Australian standards. While the staff were always friendly, helpful and tried their best there were some small lapses in service likely caused by inexperience noting New Year was a busy period. Definitely a very pleasant 6 night stay.

Fantastic in every aspect
One of the hest hotels ive ever stayed in. With a private outdoor pool and a fantasic service, this hotel is a dream resort!! From the room, cleanliness, facilities, restaurants etc. Every aspect was like out of a movie - stunning. Watching the sunset everyday on the beach, its been 10/10!! And a huge thanks to Dwi from the restaurant staff for making our holiday extra special.

Its clean and awesome view from the room. The pool was great. Breakfast with nice variety spread of choises. The aircon in the room dissapointed as its not cool. The location is not a walking distance to town area. There are no choises of restaurant nearby outside the hotel. Practically you have to dine in hotel. Overall its a nice hotel to return.

Wir haben 3 Premier Rooms gebucht. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Geräumige Zimmer mit Meerblick. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Highlight des Urlaubs war aber das Frühstück. Wir haben täglich eine grosse Auswahl an Gebäck, Indonesische Mahlzeiten, Eier, Waffeln, etc zubereitet erhalten. Kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen

The property were located near the beach and during sunset we were able to see MT Agung from Bali. The staff were very friendly and the service excellent. The resort is well kept. The only setback is their breakfast, its too odinary as it does not reflect as a 5 star resort. Pls do not the resort os abt 1hr 15min away from the airport.Overall me and my wife truly enjoy the stay there for 4night to celebrate our anniversary. Will definitely be back again.

The snorkeling tour provided by the hotel was wonderful. The guide was very friendly and kind to beginner like me and I was able to see sea turtles several times. The sea of Lombok is very beautiful and colorful with corals and many kinds of fishes. The hotel is close to the port. The food at the kliff restaurant in the hotel was delicious. The hotel staffs were nice and view from my room was great.

Everything from start to finish was a complete experience. Tranquility of the resort was something we were looking from our trip to Lombok. Katamaran was just the right choice. The villas with private pool offered privacy and the perfect place to rest. Services and facilities work and are clean and they have the best staff! You can have the best infrastructure and land but the staff is the part that makes the place. Here in Katamaran every single one who we met from the staff was amazing. Yadi from the staff helped us with everything more than we could expect. Really one of the best hospitality professionals I've met. To sum it up, Katamaran is going to my top favorite hotels and we hope to have the opportunity to return maybe even next year.

Il manque des transats avec parasol mais les piscines sont agréables et la plage est propre. Il faut quand même se lever tôt pour se réserver le transat de son choix.... déjà du monde au petit déjeuner dès 7h.... Pas de happy hour alors que tout les hôtels alentours le propose. Les consommations sont très chères et la nourriture aussi. Les autres 5 étoiles sont beaucoup moins chers pour cela, jusqu'à 3 fois !!!! Prendre les taxis blue bird pour ne pas se faire avoir par les chauffeurs privés,eux aussi deux fois plus chers A part ça, tout est bien, sauf si on veut une ambiance locale,cet hôtel est moderne

Amazing hotel
The hotel was lovely, we had a private villa which had a nice little pool where we spent most of our time. The infinity pool in the main area looks out to sea which is perfect for sunset, you can get a cocktail and sit in the pool watching the sun go down. The food here was amazing, they have 2 resturants both have amazing views out to sea. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was relatively modern.

Rooms are very impersonal, no light, no windows with nice view. Service is just horrible, you wait all the time. Pool is nice but if you don't book your place early in the morning, no transat is available for the day. There's no management, no cleaning and no space.
