House is located in a private community yet only 2.5 miles to Death Valley and Clemson. Enjoy a walk down to the lake or relax on the back deck. WIFI is included with access to Netflix and Hulu. Kid friendly as well. Property is also within 1.2 miles of Oconee Airport, 0.7 miles to a dock, 1.5 miles to the grocery store, and less than 1.3 miles to Y beach public parking (avoid game day traffic if you are coming in for football). Close to everything in Oconee, Pickens and Anderson Counties.

This is not a fancy place, but it was clean, well-stocked, spacious and perfect for our stay. The owner was easy to reach and quick with responses, and even left sodas and bottled water for us in the fridge. The setting was lovely -- lots of trees and a welcoming deck that stretched all along the back of the house -- and the location put us within minutes of the places we wanted to visit in Clemson and the national foreest. My only suggestion would be to put Kleenex and waste baskets in the bedrooms.

What a great house and great location. The check-in process was very easy, no issues what so ever. The house was full stocked with items to make your stay seamless. The kitchen had anything you would need to cook, plenty of towels and wash cloths for your bathing needs, and lots of games and books to play and read—there is a great one on the history of Clemaon Football. Communication with host was great, he was very prompt in answering questions. The house is about five minutes from Clemaon, so if you are visiting someone at school, this is a great place to stay. We are hoping to make this our #1 spot when in Clemson.

Great place to stay near Clemson!

Plenty of room for your family at this spacious lake house! It worked perfectly for our vendor group for the Dabo Ladies Clinic. Owners were very gracious and accommodating. Will stay again, if possible!

Great location!

My husband, myself, and our two teen sons greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very welcoming, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms, large stocked kitchen, beautiful deck spanning the whole back of the house, split floor plan with master on one side and two bedrooms on the other. Our boys loved that the lake was right across the street and went fishing multiple times during our short stay. The lake and surrounding trees were beautiful and peaceful. We were going to an event at Clemson and the proximity can’t be beat. It was just minutes away. Highly recommend! If we come back to this area, I would definitely check to see if this home was available first.

Wonderful house, wonderful area.

In town for a graduation, couldn't be happier with the entire process and stay. The pictures do not do the living area justice. It was lovely we all were very comfortable and enjoyed lovely walks in area parks while we were in town.

Perfect Setting for Family Time

This place was the perfect spot for our Georgia family and North Carolina family to meet up for some quality time together. It's an older home, but everything was in good working order, very clean, and well equipped. The owner was quick to respond to a message left prior to our check in date. We did have a bit of a hiccup during the check in process, but the owner was very apologetic and quick to remedy the situation. I would definitely give two thumbs up.

Great house, close to Clemson University and Downtown. We stayed here for CU Family weekend and it was perfect. Quiet, close to campus, relaxing porch and plenty of space. The owners are super nice. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great trip dropping our daughter off at Clemson. The property was quiet but was also close to a ton of amenities! We wish we had more time to hang out at the lake across the street. The path to the water was beautiful, as was the lake. Next time we will plan to bring some floats and our swimsuits to enjoy the water. The home was great for everyone to spread out but also to be together. We enjoyed our stay and the snacks and drinks that Keith provided. Will definitely be back!

Clemson Weekend

We had an amazing stay! Great location, especially for Clemson. Enjoyed several hikes as well. Our kids enjoyed exploring the woods and lake across the street. Enjoyed the little extras like games, drinks, and shampoo/conditioner provided. Check in and out easy. Thanks so much!
