On the ground floor: separate living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and separate wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 1.40m, 1 bed 0.90m), shower room and a balcony overlooking the garden. Gas central heating. Outside, terrace with gazebo and open ground. Parking and table tennis shared with another gite, the GR1554V. Access to the lake on foot and free for tenants. For heating there is 3m³ included per day and a supplement of 3.35€ per additional m³.
