This 4300 sq. feet Villa is even better than how it looks on the pics :) It is truly a little paradise like you can imagine in your dreams. It has been built and decorated with Bali's most precious materials and decorated by a French designer that has spent many years studying Balinese architecture and traditional customs. The turquoise pool, its tropical and colorful garden around and the traditional and all wooden Joglo (authentic Indonesian living space) will make you enjoy the Balinese culture to the fullest. Come and enjoy the serenity and peacefulness of our villa and you will find it very hard to leave.

The living/common area of this villa is semi-open, which means there is no air conditioning in this area. However, ceiling fans are available for your comfort.

*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

*Please note that car parking is shared and subject to availability.

**Please note that Bali is an island served by a single electricity provider. As a result, occasional power outages may occur and are beyond the host’s control. The property is not equipped with a generator, and we are therefore unable to offer refunds in the event of such interruptions.

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
- A: Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. However a menu with different options is available at the villa for you to choose from if needed. We will be happy to help you arrange all kinds of services. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you. Kindly note that your butler is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 8 people, but the maximum capacity is for 10 people which means that the 9th and 10th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be USD25/night/person from 2 years old.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning.
The villa is just near everything in town and our driver will bring you not only around Seminyak but also to Bali's most famous destionations like Ubud, Batur, Bedugul, Jatiluwih, Tanah Lot, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua and much more.

The Location
The neighborhood is absolutely perfect: you are just few steps away from Oberoi main shopping and dinning street (Metis, Sardine, Sarong, Breeze, Char Char, Rumors, etc...) , Seminyak best beach and beach clubs/restaurants/night clubs (Potato Head, W, Mint, Red Carpet Champagne Bar, Miror, etc...). But you are also in a very quiet and peaceful environment without any noise or pollution but just the sound of birds, wind and the waves.
