The Space:
Villa Neno is a compact two-level villa for up to two guests. Downstairs, black-framed glass doors connect the bright living area to the courtyard and private pool. Aqua accents, colourful artwork and white interiors give the villa a fresh, individual character, while air conditioning keeps it comfortable between outings.

The ground floor includes a sofa, dining area, equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker, plus a separate toilet. It works well for breakfast at home, a few focused work hours or a quiet poolside afternoon before dinner nearby.

This one-bedroom villa works especially well for short breaks and week-long stays when location, privacy and a well-kept base matter more than resort-scale space.

The king bedroom and full bathroom are upstairs. The bedroom is cosy rather than oversized, with air conditioning, a TV, storage and a rain shower in the ensuite bathroom.

The Neighborhood:
Villa Neno is accessed via a quiet, leafy road, just off the main road, so you can retreat from the hustle and bustle, without sacrificing convenience and accessibility.

It’s just a two minute walk to Groceries & Grind, Sisterfields and Seminyak Square, and only five minutes to Motel Mexicola, La Luciola and the beach.
Make the most of all that Seminyak has to offer, and then retreat to your exclusive tropical haven for a sunset cocktail by the pool. Bliss!

Getting Around:
This is a genuinely walk-oriented Seminyak stay. Seminyak Village and Sisterfields are about 2–3 minutes away, while Seminyak Square and Eat Street are roughly 3–4 minutes on foot. Allow around 5–10 minutes for the beach, depending on your route and pace. A scooter or ride-hailing service is useful for exploring farther across Bali, but many everyday Seminyak plans can start at the front door.

Other Things to Note:
Villa Neno accommodates a maximum of two guests. Its central setting is reached through a quiet residential lane, and quiet hours apply from 10 pm to 7 am. The bedroom is upstairs, so the villa is not a strong fit for guests who prefer step-free accommodation.
