Finca Ca'n Pereó - With private pool at the foot of the Tramuntana (Selva)

Finca Ca'n Pereó (Tourism License: ETV/2735) is located in the municipality of Selva, set in a stunning setting at the foot of the "Serra de Tramuntana," an UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The house can accommodate up to 4 people and has a floor area of 110 m². It is ideal for families and couples, as it features 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning and are very spacious.

Finca Ca'n Pereó features a private outdoor pool (8 m x 4 m) and a large garden, perfect for relaxing while reading a book or simply enjoying the sounds of nature. The property has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a spacious living-dining room and a kitchen with a breakfast bar.

The living room is also air-conditioned. This area of the house is an ideal space to enjoy a cup of coffee or a nice cup of tea, watch satellite TV, and browse the internet using free Wi-Fi.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room and features a breakfast bar topped with Mallorcan stone, is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: toaster, microwave, coffee makers, electric kettle, electric oven, gas stove, refrigerator, etc. In the kitchen, there is a small pantry where you’ll find a washing machine, iron, ironing board, safe, and first-aid kit.

The terrace is located at the back of the house, next to the pool and garden. It features a table and four chairs for enjoying a nice meal outdoors. It also has a chill-out area with a sofa and armchairs where you can relax after a swim in the pool. Additionally, in the garden, next to the pool, you’ll find a traditional wood-fired barbecue.

The house is situated in a unique location for outdoor sports such as hiking, cycling, and rock climbing… as it lies along a cycling route and is just a few kilometers from the iconic Puig de Massanella, where it connects with the Ruta de Pedra en Sec (GR-221). Furthermore, the area’s cultural and architectural offerings are equally fascinating. One of the iconic sites worth visiting is the church of “Sant Llorenç,” built in the 14th century. It is located in Selva’s main square, which features several restaurants from which to admire this work of art. Another incredible place is the Monastery of Lluc, located approximately 7 km from the house. Built in the 13th century, the monastery is home to Ca Sámitger, an interpretation center for the Serra de Tramuntana where you can learn about Mallorca’s flora and fauna.

The estate is surrounded by small villages (Caimari, Selva, Campanet, Moscari...) full of charm and history, where you can enjoy a wide variety of cuisine and traditional markets, as well as all the necessary basic services (supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, etc.).

The nearest hospital is in Inca, about 5 km away. Inca is a town with a wide range of services, including a variety of supermarkets (Mercadona, LIDL, Eroski, Hipercentro, ALDI, etc.). Every Thursday, Inca hosts a market featuring fruits, vegetables, and traditional products. It also has an indoor market where you can find fresh fish, high-quality meat, and various bars where you can sample delicious tapas.

For beach lovers, the Ca’n Pereó estate is located about a 25-minute drive from Port de Pollença, as well as Alcúdia Beach, a vast sandy beach with crystal-clear waters offering a wide range of activities, including boat tours to see dolphins at sunrise and other water sports (kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, parasailing, jet skis...).
